Couldn’t have asked for a better location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. View was wonderful.
The condo was clean when we got there and the free towel exchange is great. The furniture needs to be updated—some of the chairs were falling apart. The mattresses are sleepable.
I would choose this condo again for the location and hope they update the furniture and mattresses.

Was a nice condo and location. It is on the small side but ok for a couple. If you are planning on cooking meals while there, the Kitchen is TINY!! but workable for small simple meals. The Bed is small also but again workable. We would definitely stay here again.

Furniture is very old, worn and dirty. Ceiling has several spots missing texture and is cracked with pieces hanging down. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets are in bad shape. Carpeting in bedroom is worn and filthy. Even though the location is right on the beach, I would not rent this unit again.

If you want a great view of the gulf and easy access to the beach this is the place for you.
The condo is a decent size for two. Bed was comfortable and condo was sufficiently stocked with kitchen supplies.
On the down side the carpet in the bedroom was disgusting. We had to place puppy pads all over the carpet to walk in the bedroom.
The sofa was probably 50 years old and very uncomfortable. Both of us fell to the middle when sitting on it. The recliner needs a good cleaning.
Renovations next door continued all month. Noise and odour were very annoying.
I would conclude in saying if the down sides were taken care of we would recommend this place.

The view was superb!!! The condo was clean and well supplied with everything needed. It was in need of some minor cosmetic repairs. I would definitely recommend this condo, we were not disappointed.

This property is located on a quiet, family friendly, less crowded part of the island. Although an older property, it was clean and well maintained. The direct beach access and breathtaking gulf front view cannot be matched for the price. The condo furnishings were older, but comfortable. The hall bunks were large enough for my 6 foot tall son to sleep comfortably. Not to mention check in/check out could not have been easier. We will definitely be returning!

Location - great beachfront - place clean-enough furniture ( bed and sofa) has the Beat Up wore out and uncomfortable feel but few worries about ruining anything. So low stress from that angle.

We had a nice short stay. Everything was expected. The bed was comfortable. The couch not so much. The place was dated but immaculately cleaned! I’ve stayed many places and this place had zero dirt or dust, nothing!! Good job!

Nice location
This was a nice stay. Great location to the beach. I'm very happy over all. It Could use an update on the furniture but it was comfortable. You can't leave the doors open to hear the waves. There is a sign saying you will be fined if the door to the patio is left open. But I would definitely come back.

Nice Property - Have stayed there before!
Would like to ask VRBO again to stop listing "average rental rate" without taking into consideration the other charges. The other charges often make up 50 to 80% of the rental rate. This is not only dishonest but makes it very difficult to shop for the best deal. Shame on you VRBO!!

Amazing!
This place was absolutely amazing. Due to Covid-19 we did not eat out at all. This place was perfect for our family of four. We made all of our meals and were able to spend our days on the Beach. Love, love love the spectacular views.

It is what it is
The pros:
- RIGHT on the beach
- Great location
- Killer views and awesome balcony
- Management was super responsive and easy to check in and out with
- Friendly maintenance guys on site tending to the place every morning
- Decent amenities for the price point
The Cons:
- If you're traveling with dogs, there are multiple gate codes to mess with to gain access to walk/ potty them on the beach (back) side of the building, and if you walk/ potty them on the front side of the building you have to walk up the street a ways (about a block) and watch for broken glass. There is literally nowhere on the premises. All concrete.
- The place didn't feel very clean. Hanging wall decor, baseboards, cabinet crevices, etc had a good layer of dust on them. And the whole place could use a fresh coat of paint -- felt dingy.
- The ladder for the hallway bunk beds is fixed in place and sticks out in the way. It was a bit annoying to maneuver around, and not have the option to stow somewhere since we weren't even using it.
- The bathroom shower curtain rod wasn't even attached to the wall. It was just sitting on the top edges of the plastic shower surround. I took a good knock to the head pulling the shower curtain back and accidently pulling the whole bar off its perch.
- Another side note about traveling with dogs: the on site maintenance guys feed a couple of stay cats down in the parking garage, and there is one all black one with a notched ear that is vicious and will literally CHASE you down and attack if you turn a corner and run into her with a dog in tow. Happened to us so many times going out for potty breaks, or to load the pups in our car to go somewhere. She just lurks and then will strike. We could even hear her hitting/ getting into it with other people's dogs from the balcony. Yelping and screeching. I was even arming myself with a stick at one point. It was pretty ridiculous... so lookout!!
All in all, if you don't have expectations of some extreme, luxury suite, and are realistic about your price point -- you won't be disappointed.

Great location
Overall the apartment was in a great location and had all the amenities needed to have an enjoyable weekend getaway. The distance from the beach really was what did it for me and my family on top of the fact that it was a private beach! Would have been nice to see the furnishing and apt a little more updated but again the price was fair for location and amenities. Overall would rent again.

Loved the location. Right on the beach! Balcony was lovely for viewing. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed by the kids! Would definitely recommend and return!
