About this condo rental
Nestled in South Padre Island, this attractive condo for $189 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. A treasure located right on the beach, this beautiful 5th floor condo will be your favorite vacation place. Relax in the the chairs on the ocean front balcony. It feels like you're on the beach without getting your feet sandy. The living area features a bistro dining set, comfy sofa and recliner, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, Spectrum cable with Showtime and DVD. High speed WIFI. A fully equipped kitchen allows you the convenience of dining in when you choose. Just bring your own food and beverages. Or use curbside from one of the many restaurants. We have a blender, coffee pot, toaster, dishes and pretty much everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. You will sleep like a baby on the king bed with comfy cotton sheets. The bedroom has a large wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD and a ceiling fan. Kids will enjoy the bunk bed alcove. There is a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam topper so it's comfortable. Spacious bathroom has plenty of nice towels, beach towels and a hair dryer. Easy self-check in using your own personal entry code starts your beach vacay at the instant you arrive. This condo is right on the beach just a few steps to the water. Beach supplies, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards & cooler for guests to use are in the closet. If you like to hang out by the pool there are loungers for you to enjoy before or after you take a dip. We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds. The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM. Pet friendly. Pet fee and Pet Agreement required. Max guests: This unit must not exceed 6 guests. We are just a phone call away in case you need anything. For safety reasons no food items are provided in the condo. The Florence amenities • Beachfront • Free parking-First come garage and onsite parking and 2 overflow lots • Elevator and open stairs • Gated Pool, hot tub area with tables, chairs and loungers & BBQ • Easy beach access boardwalk with shower & rinse areas • Bike ties in fenced area • Laundry on 2nd floor Parking: One parking permit is provided in the condo. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second pass, please request it prior to arrival so we can have it in the condo for you. Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions. Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times. Rental Agreement required. All guests must adhere to the rules of the building. Please be considerate of others in the building.

My wife and I had the opportunity to stay 7 nights at this beautiful vacation condo! The ladies have done a wonderful job of making this place so comfortable. Cute place with an amazing view of the ocean. Really enjoyed the balcony and the closeness to the beach. It was nice to wake up and watch the sunrise each morning. The place was clean and manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. Check in and check out were both easy and hassle free. Would stay here again.

It was great we had a wonderful time and it was nice they furnished an umbrella and chairs to go to the beach. I will rent again but be better prepared.
But my biggest problems was the rules for the towels I felt like I really couldn’t use them for fear of messing them up and getting charged for them . (FYI cleaning tip when you wash the towels with bleach and some dawn liquid dish soap it will take out any stain . )

This is a very nice apartment right on the beach! My family loved to wake up to the sounds of the ocean waves! Close proximity to the beach made for an easy walk! The pool was nice after a long, hot, salty day!

Great family trip!
Beautifully updated property. Husband and I stayed 3 nights with our 12 and 13 year old nephews. They love the bunks. The one bathroom is very large with tons of bath and beach towels. Everything you need for the beach and so close to the water we could watch our boys from the balcony while they swam in the gulf. Kitchen is very well equipped and so nice to have an ice maker to load up the cooler. Have stayed with Judy and Laura several times now and will be back next summer!!

Great little place to stay
Perfect size for 2 adults and our 2 teenagers girls. Will sleep 6 but that would be too many bodies moving around in a small area. Owners stress about not getting stains on white towels, I would suggest getting a different color towels just because accidents happen, like cutting yourself when shaving. Perfect view to the ocean! Would definitely stay here again.
