Please note the property does have a tenant in the far back guesthouse. The tenant in the back guesthouse is seldom seen, respectful of guest's privacy and does not share any common areas including hot tub or main house areas. An adjacent private studio, located outside to the left of the Kitchen is not rented and is my private property for my personal use only. So no worries about additional renters or tenants adjacent to the home during your stay.
