A beautiful Vineyard placed on the outskirts of Vancouver only minutes from both freeway's I-5 or I-205. Less than a 1/2 hour to Portland Oregon and all it has to offer. When you think of Wine tasting, or Quiet Romantic weekend getaways, This whimsical home is the answer! Our Grand Chateau sits on a 34 acre private manicured estate, with distant neighbors far enough away you can enjoy your seclusion. The wrap around porch is fun year round and the gas fireplace on the back patio is great for gathering around at night. The vineyard is a working farm so there might be staff working on vineyard or the farm. The neighbors adjacent to the estate are mostly working farms that make you feel like you are deep in the country. In the Morning, you may want to take a stroll around this 34 acre piece of heaven or enjoy a hot cup of coffee or your favorite tea on the porch that wraps around the lower level of the home, or relax on your own private balcony, of one of our elegant suites! Either way the views are breathtaking! This is a place to come and relax from the hustle & bustle of everyday life, to make memories that will last a lifetime! Events are when you have over 20 people coming to the property. Unauthorized events will result in a $2,000.00 fee. Water and power to home will be shut off and guests will be escorted off the property. That isn’t what we want to do so please communicate honestly with us so your trip is a good one. If you would like more information regarding Wedding or Events to be held property please message me. WINE - BEER - CIDER OH MY! The Property is part of the Heathen Brewing company. Heathen Brewing opened in 2012. Heathen creates craft beers in what was a horse barn but now is a full production brewery of the small scale. This is only 4 miles down the street. In 2015 Heathen Feral Pub opened downtown so that the craft ales could be paired with amazing food. Fast forward to 2016 and a 34 acre vineyard with winery was added to the tribe. Now Heathen Estate Wine and soon Cider will be part of the Heathen offerings. When you book you will receive free delivery of Heathen beer & wine.

Everyone in our family thoroughly enjoyed this place. The kitchen is amazing: so big, and excellent double ovens. It was very clean. One improvement would be to have bars of soap for the bathrooms and large trash bags in the kitchen. The bedrooms accommodated us all, and all the beds were comfortable, even the murphy bed. When we walked in, the beautiful table was all set up with 17 chairs, and ready for us to sit down. The home was so spacious, more than we anticipated. The pool table, the all-surround music, and the fireplace were bonuses everyone enjoyed. Outside, the grounds were ideal for a short hike or run, flag football, and just plain walking and enjoying the lovely landscape: Christmas tree farm, vineyards, fluffy cows, and clucking chickens. The host was a great communicator in telling us how to turn the fireplace on, etc. He was kind and respectful, too. We were blessed to find such a treasure hidden in the hills!

No property could have been more ideal for our women's retreat than this one. Not only did the home have everything we needed inside, but the views from the wrap-around porch/deck, landscape, sunrises, sunsets, and night sky contributed spectacularly to the sheer magic that we all felt for 5 days and 4 nights. We can't wait to come back next year. THANK YOU!

We had a wonderful time at this property. My husband is turning 60, and this was a wonderful, roomy place for family and friends to gather and hang out. The fire pit was awesome, there was plenty of space for us to stretch out, and the kitchen was well laid-out.

We had a “cousin reunion” (cousins range in age of 31-55) with everyone’s own family as well (ages 1-55).
This rental was absolutely perfect! The yard was amazing for us active family, including volleyball and kite flying. The open space in the house was welcoming and the kitchen had plenty of space to feed the whole crew!
Sonny was easy to communicate with and checkin / out was simple.

We had a great time at this property. Everything was as advertised in the property. The hot water, heating was all great and there was plenty of space for a big group of 22 people. Overall we enjoyed our experience here.

The grouds and communication from the owner where great in the beginning. Grounds were beautiful, and communication great. Once inside, the floors were so sticky we had to Mop the downstairs again, and it was still sticky :/
Pilots on both water heaters were out so there was no hot water until the afternoon of saturday....which was NOT OK in my opinion. This should have been checked before we got there. It says that there are dishes to make a meal for a large group..this is half way the case, and was lucky we brought our own kitchen stuff. Light switches were broken, and light bulbs out, so we had to make due with what we could use. There was still garbage throughout the lawn and porch, broken posts in the porch railing that needed to be moved, or someone would stick themselves on the nails. T.v. and fireplaces seemed outdated enough that we had to Google proper instructions on how to get them to work, and only one would turn on. Tvs wouldn't hold wifi long enough to stream anything. Household stereo we couldn't get to work. It was a beautiful home, but not kept up, and made my experience not happy in the slightest. I Paid WAY to much for this place, and was offered a free meal at the owners restaurant to compensate .. . Curious why I would go to his restaurant, if his standards on housekeeping were this bad...

Big property good for big family reunions or weddings. Just needs a little cleaning outside before your event.

Place and surrounding property are incredibly beautiful. Very glad we got to stay there. Sunny and Heathen catering are very easy to work with when planning events; highly recommend going through them.

Such a great venue for our family event. Plenty of room inside and out so no change of plans needed if raining. Kitchen is huge. Beautiful grounds and looking forward to using again.

The only surprise was lack of window coverings in the den where a murphy bed can be used. Sunny is incredible - great communicator and, when we had a small leak in the kitchen, he was there to fix it almost before I hung up the phone - and fixed it quickly! We did meals through Heathen Brewing - the food was wonderful and Michael so easy to work with! The grounds are fantastic - both lovely for a view and also great for walking. We all hope to return in the spring or summer. Excellent get away for a group!

We had a magical time at the Heathen Estate property. The house is large with a fantastic great room and good size bedrooms. The kitchen is huge so perfect for a large group. I selected this listing based on its size, location, amenities/accommodations, and responsiveness of the owner and everything about this listing checked those boxes. This house is enormous and a great place to hose a large group of people. It’s on a beautiful property. There were just a few issues, mainly some of the amenities. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on any of the fireplaces (there are two). I’m not sure if they were purposefully disconnected or what, but if they don’t work, they shouldn’t be listed as an amenity. Additionally, the pool sticks were missing so no one could use the pool table. The host eventually got back to us and sent some in a package the next day though, which was nice. Some kind of curtains for people sleeping in the den would be helpful and sitting the bedding nicely folded on top so we don’t have to dig for it. Cleanliness was ok - we noticed some cups out the window on a roof and some other little things but overall was tidy. The fire pit outside was amazing and the sound system was a lot of fun. Beautiful kitchen and many seating areas.

These are amenities paid for iwhich were advertised in the ad. Big disappointment considering it was cold & we were having our wedding here. Couldn't set the atmosphere in the master bdrm or main seating area of the house. Other than all these things it was a nice outside wedding. We were able to practice safe distancing. We really feel money is owed to us for all the inconvenience.

We ordered wine from the winery/brewery that owns the property (Heathen) ahead of time and it was excellent, I recommend doing this as it's a neat experience to drink the wine where it's grown! I would also definitely recommend renting a car as finding Lyft/Ubers was difficult, but overall it is a quiet, beautiful place.

Was able to get this property on very short notice. We were a family of 8 and a few friends joined us for the day. We really enjoyed every moment of our stay. Everything was as listed. Will definitely love to spend some more time here.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Sonny, the host, was incredibly quick to reply, the house was clean, and the check in/out process was seamless. I couldn't say one negative thing even if I tried. I will certainly be booking this property again!!
