No upstairs or shared walls or basement. Perfect for one person or a couple. Open concept kitchen with standard size stainless steel appliances. View to living room & entrance. Washer & dryer are in the kitchen -convenience. One bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Queen size bed with foam topper for comfortable sleep. Living room "love seat" sofa seating for two..Ductless Air Conditioner and extra tower fan for summer. In the winter Radiant floor heating and extra tower heater. HVAC for the standard rotation of air inside to outside. Hi Speed WiFi and cable TV included. Bedroom TV has Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Tubi TV. Living room TV has regular cable TV and Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo, YouTube, Music stations Free public direct street front parking when available. We will greet you upon arrival to provide Guest House key and orientation at check-in time during check-in window. Please advise your estimated time of arrival. Self check out. Furnished Kitchen: Complimentary Keurig Kcup coffee, have some tea. All full size Stainless Steel: GE Profesional Microwave, Samsong Smart Stove, Fysher Paykal Fridge Blomberg dishwasher. Toaster & kettle. Full size LG washer/ dryer (detergent included). Bathroom: Rainfall shower with hand held spray. We provide shampoo, conditioner, soap. Use of towels and hairdryer is part of the stay. Iron and ironing board, steamer. The area is safe and convenient access to banks, pharmacy, trendy and diverse restaurants, including Michelin restaurants, doctors, coffee shop, coffee roasters, grocery store, liquor store, antique shops, boutique stores. Restaurants include Vegan meet on Main, Chickpeas, Acorn. Refer to house manual. Breka Bakery is 4 stores north on Main St. This Bakery is 24 hours & very popular. Customized drinks, desert, soup/sandwiches. Great Guest House
Stayed for five nights. One of the best stocked kitchens I have ever had in terms if utensils. Appreciated the AC but rarely needed to use it. Loved having lots of throw pillows in the bedroom. Great
access to restaurants and a short walk to a grocery store. Hope we have the opportunity to stay again.

Parking easily accessible to home. Shirley greeted us upon arrival for our tour. Lovely home - everything we needed and bed was comfortable. Lots of natural light. After being on the road for a week it was wonderful to prepare our own meals - kitchen is fully equipped. Being so close to Main Street was a bonus. Lots of amazing restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Very quiet and private location. We would definitely book this home again. Thank you Shirley and Al.

The location couldn't have been better, and it was very convenient to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Plus there are dozens of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Fantastic place to stay in Vancouver!
The little guest house has everything you need! Fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances. It is immaculate! Private! Very comfortable! Beautiful modern finishes! It was great to be able to do laundry after travelling for a few weeks- top of the line washer/dryer- they even provided detergent & fabric softener. Radiant heat floors if you are cold, but they also have AC & fans since it was unusually hot recently. Very convenient to get around - bus right around the corner. There are fantastic restaurants within walking distances if you don’t feel like going downtown and a great supermarket 2 blocks away if you want to cook...Our hosts Alan & Shirley were very warm and welcoming! They were extremely helpful and offered a wealth of information on places to go/ bus routes/ activities available etc! This was our first VRBO experience. We cannot wait to come back!

Cute & clean house in a great location!
We arrived in Vancouver late at night after an 8 hour train ride and were pretty exhausted. When we got to the house, the owner was waiting up to welcome us with a bright smile. She gave us a tour of the house, ideas for breakfast, and even left cookies and waters for us, which was much needed after a long day of travel! The house itself was very modern and clean, with lots of great amenities, including WiFi. The queen bed was comfy, and our son enjoyed the fold-out sofa and TV with Netflix. Being able to do laundry was a great plus after a few days of hiking. There is also a Keurig and full coffee/tea options. There is a market just a block away, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Its a great location to check out all Vancouver has to offer, and the owners were super friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

There is everything you might need, from laundry detergent to salt and pepper. We stayed here for 3 days and we enjoyed it, it’s close to a bus stp and the vibrant Main Street. Clean, spacious and independent.

Great house for a couple, convenient location.
The property was perfect for our needs. Clean, bright, stocked with everything you could possibly need. The coffee supplies were particularly appreciated. We were in Vancouver for the marathon and this property was within walking distance from the start of the race which made getting there early in the morning really easy. The house is also a fairly easy walk to the nearest underground station which takes you to the waterfront or out to the airport. A great base for exploring Vancouver. Highly recommend.

The house is wonderful, well supplied with everything you’ll need, private in a great location.
Shirley and Al were very friendly greeting us when we arrived. Property is in great location near points of interest and downtown. We cooked breakfast daily in the beautiful kitchen which was well supplied. My husband has a bad back but had no issues the Bed was very comfortable giving us a good night sleep. We will definitely book with Shirley and Al on our next trip

A beautiful little spot with all amenities required for a perfect stay.
Al and Shirley were amazing hosts. Accommodated our 10pm arrival and gave us a quick tour. The place doesn’t seem like much on the outside but is beautifully designed and renovated on the inside. With parking and quick access to Main Street we had no problem getting around.
From the bed to the decor this place is a must stay for the price. Do not pass this up if you’re considering coming to Vancouver.

Wonderful stay, would consider staying again
I was looking to explore a different area of Vancouver when I discovered this property. It's exactly as advertised and the radiant floor heating was an extra bonus on the cold evenings. Shirley was wonderful in answering questions and the parking space was very helpful in the evenings where street parking was non-existent. It was a great home away from home. I would have loved to have had a frying pan that was in better condition and perhaps some better cutlery (we struggled to find a sharp enough knife) but it wasn't enough of an annoyance to take away from all the pros.

Cute modern guest home.
This guest house was perfect for our needs. The home is bright and has a clean modern style. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. Owner is extremely friendly and kept in contact when some electrical issues where happening in the area. The property was a short walk to main street where there were a lot of restaurants and shops. We could also find a lot of Car-2-Go's nearby when we needed to get around.
My only suggestions would be perhaps a foam topper for the mattress, as it was a bit firm. And some decorative pillows and art to make it feel more cozy. Would definitely stay here again!
