This was a great location for our ski vacation to Breckenridge (2 x people). Condo is in good shape and stocked with essentials to cook your own meals. Short walk (5-10 min in ski boots) from condo building to Breckenridge North Gondola Lot parking area. From there it's easy gondola access to slopes. The ski locker on the 1st floor was nice for ski and pole storage. Location is close to Breckenridge's main street (lots of restaurants and shopping). We walked to dinner 2 x nights. Communications with the property management company, Pinnacle, were excellent. They're good at using texts to check in and confirm everything's going ok. Be sure to read your text from Pinnacle regarding pick up of your check in package (keys to get in ... drop box location in Frisco, CO ... about 9 mi / 16 min from condo). Again, Pinnacle did a great job with their communications which made our entire trip (check in, our stay and check out) easy. This was a great place to stay. We'd book again. Thank you!

This condo was a good size for two couples to share. The bedroom with the bunk bed was a little cramped, and even though there is a TV in that room, you can't see it from either the top or bottom bed.
The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and glassware.
The ski-in situation is great and the ski lockers are super convenient. The walk to the gondola is a bit of a workout, but not a bad way to start the day.

We enjoyed our stay! Great location and nice condo! Short walk to ski and ski back home right to the back door. My only suggestion is to add a sectional so that everyone can have a place to sit in the living room. I would rent this condo again!

We loved this spot. Super close to main street, clean, spacious - it was me, husband & 2 kids age group 5-12. Perfect for our week long end of summer colorado trip. THe only complaint was water pressure in the showers - WAY low.

Convenient location. Shuttle service is a plus! Beds are comfortable. Would like to have some supplies like spices, salt and pepper but we made it work. Would recommend to others.

Nice place overall but has some quirks. The convenient location near the gondola and town of Breckenridge are the highlights. You could theoretically not have a car and just walk around, EXCEPT that Pinnacle management has you pick up and drop off the keys in Frisco (15 minutes away). If we’d taken a van shuttle to get there or back to the airport that would be a massive inconvenience. I don’t recall that key pickup location being mentioned in the listing and was only communicated via text on the day of check in. Minor condo quirks: the queen bunk bed room only has one lamp which makes it hard to see anything and feels like a cheap build decision. The building is hot. We had the thermostat off and didn’t use the fireplace, yet we had to sleep with the windows open because otherwise it was 70+ deg F constantly.

The location is perfect. The walk to the gondola is short and a good warm up to a ski day. The gondola trail back home at night is fun and quick. The hot tub is tiny but we always managed to find room because our unit 1209 looked down on the tub and we could scoot down when it opened up. The unit had plenty of room and was nice with new surfaces and everything worked. We had a great time skiing thanks to easy access to the lifts.

Size and layout of unit was perfect for our family of 4, and kitchen had everything we needed.

An amazing location with great amenities, however unit needs updating. The red lounge chair is completely wore out, couch not far behind. mattresses worn. Lampshade torn. Cannot control the in floor heat. Kitchen well equipped. Ski in and gondola out very convenient. Heated parking very nice. Both bathroom fans in master bedroom inoperable. Over all a great stay, just needs a little TLC.

Overall great property, and fantastic location. You can ski right to the back door of the Mountain Thunder Lodge. You can also walk through the tunnel at the end of the run to cross easily to Main St. We didn't drive our car once in 5 days. I was a little concerned that this unit looks out right over the hot tub but it was never loud, in fact this is one of the quietest condos I have ever stayed in. More than enough space for 3 of us. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen. Excellent fireplace.
My only complaint is that when we arrived one of the lamps in the bedroom didn't have a lampshade and upon closer inspection, the whole lamp was broken. I found the broken lampshade in the closet. I emailed the property manager and they said they'd fix it but they never did. We were there 5 days and never heard back. It was okay, just a bit dark in the master bedroom with only 1 lamp. Overall a great stay. Bonus: the gals at the front desk were very helpful with restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed the location. It was walking distance to town, walking to Gondola to Peak 8, had workout facility that was larger than most other places I've stayed at, gas grill was great for our dinners, hot tube was great. Loved it! Thank you!

Our two families had a great time as usual in Breckenridge. The weather was great. Mountain biking was fun. We also went to the Breck rec center for a half day.

The property was just as listed. The short walk to the gondola and downtown made it a great location. The condo fit our family of 5 very comfortably and was well equipped with all of the necessities. Check in and out was very easy. We had a great experience.

Location, location, location
This property was very comfortable and in a great location for skiing or going downtown. We stayed a week while my husband participated in the National Ski Academy so he was thrilled to catch a free bus right outside in the morning and ski to the door at the end of the day. We parked in the underground garage. It should be even nicer (and quieter) for the next guests as the facility was renovating the halls with new woodwork and carpet while we were there. Great place!

The location can’t be beat close to town within walking distance. We had issues from day 1 with the sink clogging in the spare bedroom bathroom. I emailed the rental company yet they never replied and we were brushing our teeth in the kitchen. I called the front desk of the complex and was told they do not service this rental. I would suggest cracking the window as the condo stays hot even with the heater off. On a plus side, the location was perfect for access to the gondola. We enjoyed our visit to Breckenridge however we will pick a different condo in the same location next time.

The location can’t be beat close to town within walking distance. We had issues from day 1 with the sink clogging in the spare bedroom bathroom. I emailed the rental company yet they never replied and we were brushing our teeth in the kitchen. I called the front desk of the complex and was told they do not service this rental. I would suggest cracking the window as the condo stays hot even with the heater off. On a plus side, the location was perfect for access to the gondola. We enjoyed our visit to Breckenridge however we will pick a different condo in the same location next time.

Perfect Location
Stayed early February with a group of 4 adults (50 yrs old). The location was perfect between Main Street and the Mountain. Main St is a short walk (2-3 blocks) to nice restaurants/bars/shopping. The gondola is a decent walk with your equipment so I would suggest using the complimentary private shuttle offered by the Mountain Thunder Lodge or free public transportation(Stop#63) that runs every 15 min to Peak 7 & 8 starting at 8:07am every morning. The private shuttle will also take you wherever you want to go when available so take advantage of this perk! They have lockers on the main floor where you keep your ski equipment so the "ski in" feature makes it convenient after a long hard day of skiing.
The unit runs extremely hot. You cannot control the temperature so plan accordingly. I hate to say this but we had to leave the door/windows open b/c it was too hot in the unit (we prefer a cooler temperature around 65-68).
The unit overlooks one of the hot tub areas. It wasn't too loud for our liking in fact, during Covid, you had to make reservations at 1 hour intervals so we could always tell if someone didn't show up and was able to take their time slot when this happened.
The unit looks just like the pictures - the layout is perfect for entertaining and eating in. It is true, the furniture is a little warn out and the carpet needs to be replaced but everything was clean. The bathroom drain was clogged - we called and someone came immediately to fix it. I would suggest moving the TV in the bunk bedroom so you can see it from either bed or better yet, remove a piece of furniture and flip the position of the bunks against the wall to give more usable space in this room. The kitchen also needs more baking pans (the only pan is the one that comes with the stove). It probably wouldn't be an issue if we were passed Covid times and could dine out.
All in all, I would recommend this unit!
