Located in Ocean City, this attractive condo for $360 per night is a great choice for your next break. This is a custom home. 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Nice large front porch with a table for outside dining as well as a sitting area. Located 1 block from the beach. Parking for 2 cars in the back of the property off the alley. You can park your car and walk everywhere!! Walk to the beach, the boardwalk, the amusement park, Miniature Golf, 2 blocks to the tennis courts and basketball courts. Walk to restaurants and the downtown area, the location is so convenient to everything the town has to offer!! Weekly rentals only during June, July, August and the first 2 weeks of September. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Guests must bring their own towels and sheets. THIS IS A NON SMOKING UNIT NO GROUP RENTALS UNDER THE AGE OF 26 NO PETS

Absolutely would stay here again! Beautiful home, accurate listing, and was the cleanest rental I’ve stayed at! A few added kitchen items (strainer, tongs) would be nice and there was no grill. This beautiful home was perfect for our family beach week!

The house was as listed. Super easy communication with Owner and prompt attention to the dryer not working. Location is great and next to great ice cream and coffee shop and the renowned donut shops with two short blocks to the beach. Parking was key as with garage you basically have three spots. Highly recommend. we had a great stay

2nd time staying at this property and if didn’t disappoint again. Very clean, amazing location and easy to get in and out. The set up is perfect!!!! The walk is very short to beach and can’t beat the ice cream store next door. They provide pretty much everything you would need for the beach and the downstairs bathroom to great for cleaning up before going back upstairs. The porch is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon naps and late night ice cream. We will always look for this place every year we come back.

Our family rented this property for 2 nights while attending my Niece’s Wedding. We enjoyed a beautiful weekend and lovely Wedding. The Condo is very clean, nicely furnished and very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathroom’s. It Has a lovely front porch also. There is a great little ice cream store nearby and a Cafe on the corner and is a short walk to Boardwalk and beach! It’s in a very nice location of OC. Just be aware that it is a 2nd floor Rental with lots of steps so not for anyone with mobility issues. Would be happy to rent again in the future.

This property is further from the board attractions but if you don't mind a small walk, it is worth it! Great price and 4 bedrooms!

We had a great week the house was perfect for our group. Having a third full bathroom was a great feature. The homeowner was quick to respond to all our questions. Would definitely book again!

Our group had a great long weekend. The house was spacious with 3 full baths and plenty of space and seating between the open floor plan kitchen/living room. House was more beautiful in person and was super clean. Just a short walk to the boardwalk and downtown- location was great.

Traveled to Ocean City to see our niece who is in the Navy, we had 9 of us staying at the house and the house was a perfect setup. Enough room for everyone, activities to do such as checkers and cards were available. The house was clean, easy to access, and highly recommend this place.

From soup to nuts this was a smooth chain of events! The reviews were true: excellent on the cleanliness scale, perfect location, ample space and Kristen was so kind and accessible! Kristen allowed us to check in hours earlier and later which was such a huge help since we only did a short 3 day stay. All the rooms had ample space for luggage and the master was so large it could easily accommodate two air mattresses if needed. We went for a ladies only birthday trip to celebrate a 70th and couldn’t have been more pleased with the rental. Spacious deck, living room, kitchen/dining area. The extra bathroom on lower level made it convenient when coming home from the beach - it was a full bathroom too! Can’t say enough good things about the property and Kristen :o)
