Oasis 2711, formerly known as Phoenix West II 2711
This is a Gulf Front condo, the balcony is overlooking the beach and water!!! On the East corner with incredible sunrise views!!!
Newly remodeled, professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with upgraded cabinetry in the kitchen, tile throughout, and excellent decor! The beds and mattresses are new as well.
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2600 sq ft condo. This corner south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking sunrise views. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. Also enjoy the the views from the bedrooms as each has its own balcony!!
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, the third bedroom has a king and and the 4th bedroom has a queen.
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Great space for a family getaway!! Easy check-in/ checkout. Ocean view was spectacular!! Would definitely stay there again!!

We noticed how quiet and private our stay was. This is a corner unit, on a high floor, so the balcony is completely private, and you cannot hear guests above or in the hallway while sleeping at all. Even with our sliding doors open, the city was quiet all night. We loved that. We all slept really well here. The air conditioning system was well designed to make our stay as comfortable as being in our own homes. Absolutely amazing comfort we had here. The TV's near the kitchen could be glitchy at times, but that was a small issue for us. We thought maybe the router was not reaching all the way to the living room, but that's an easy fix. Only 1 light was missing a bulb. We found that impressive for a unit this size. All in all this condo and it's amenities were functioning at a top notch level. We would absolutely go back and recommend this to friends!
