There is tile throughout the condo, solid wood cabinetry, a private bathroom per bedroom, satellite cable service, lightning fast wireless Internet, a large open design kitchen with full stainless steel appliance package, wet bar, 300 square foot balcony, state-of-the-art air conditioning and hot water systems, washer and dryer, and much more! Complex amenities include a massive Gulf front lazy river, a Gulf front outdoor pool, a huge indoor pool, children's pool, tennis courts, BBQ area with grills, hot tubs, saunas, multi-level exercise rooms with high quality equipment, all covered parking, gated with full time security, plus more! This is a great condo. Only issue was that there is very limited phone reception within the building and the wi-fi would come and go.

The condo was great, plenty of room for he six of us. When we arrived, the floors were very dirty and spots had not been cleaned in some time. I found the vacuum and cleaned all the floors, the cleaning people got paid to do that. The hall bath was great for one of our guest who is handicapped.

The condo was clean and laid out very well. Everything the pictured as shown. Easy to get to everything OB has to offer. Parking was wonderful. Covered and out of the sun…huge plus for us!! Beach access was easy…but the lazy river was our favorite! Bring your own floatie!! There isn’t enough provided to go around. They have their own air tank mounted on outside wall to help with that!
Only feedback I could add would be to replenish the cooking supplies in kitchen. I had to buy some things to help cook with. And had to buy a broom to help with the daily sand. Back bathtub (guest king) doesn’t plug so bathing the baby meant constant water running. Cabinet Ice maker was a huge hit and I’m not sure I can stay anywhere without that!! Spoiled!!! Overall would stay here again!!!

Property was nice but using elevators was extremely bad.
Upon check in it took us over one hour waiting for an elevator to get to our unit.
There are only 6 elevators for the whole building and during busy time it is simply ridiculous.

The condo was beautiful great view, very clean, plenty of appliances and cooking items. We all had a large amount of space with 7 of us staying. The only thing I would let someone know if the wifi in the condominium only works really well if your inside your room, plus my cell provider is Verizon and I got zero service during my stay but that’s just in case you have to have your phone on hand. Also would love to have had smart TVs to enjoy Netflix but those are suggestions only we had a wonderful vacation and would stay again!

We enjoyed the Phoenix west 2. Lots of amenities that we enjoyed, lazy river, easy access to beach, fitness floor with 2 extra hot tubs and lots of room for multiple families if needed. The only problem we had was the sliding door to the patio was very hard to open. Maintenance was working on it.. I would suggest some rugs…. Lots of sand ends up in the rooms. Otherwise we had a great experience and would go back again.

The property is lovely. I had a relaxing time inside and outside on the balcony. At this time of year, the location was very quiet with stunning sunrises and sunsets. Your soaking tub was a welcome relief after lovely days of doing mostly nothing, lol . Thank you kindly.

This was our first trip to the ocean, and we couldn't have had a better time. The kids loved the pools, and playing in the sand. The wife and I enjoyed the various great food to be had. We will be back in the spring!

This was our first trip to Orange Beach and it did not disappoint! Our unit was very nice and the view from the deck with amazing! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful amenities. They loved having an outdoor pool, indoor pool, lazy river, slide, and close proximity to the beach!!

Just what we were looking for
We stayed here over the 4th of July holiday and the property was wonderful. We had 8 people and there was adequate room for all! The balcony was a wonderful place to watch the fireworks! We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

We had a good time. Place was nice. Very spacious. Elevator situation could have been better. Only 6 elevators for 32 floors and one was out of order. During peak times we had to wait 30 minutes or more to get an elevator.

My family and I enjoyed the beach, indoor pool, gym, sauna, and tennis court. We spent our holiday break in the large condo and enjoyed the floor to ceiling views of the Gulf. The balcony was a nice bonus. The unit was very clean especially considering the beach nearby and sand that most other units don’t do a great job cleaning. Looking forward to visit in the near future.

Only one of them was usable. One was completely broke and you could not open. The other two had water damage and the bottoms were falling out. Several light bulbs out. Broken items stashed in cabinets throughout the condo (should be in the trash or repaired?). Shower head in the master bath is shooting a thin stream of water up on the wall causing water damage. All these things are minor and some could lead to major repairs. For the price we paid for this condo, I would expect better quality. It just takes a little effort which apparently these people are lacking.

The condo and amenities were amazing!! So much for the whole family to do. Was a little too big and too crowded for my taste though.

First and foremost, the property was lovely and spacious, don’t want to complain. However, sand on all the floors and in all the bedsheets before any of us even got into them or went to the beach.... this was at check in. Also, the washing machine and dryer need to be replaced, as well as the coffee maker and mattresses. There’s some water coming through the drywall in the master shower. The place could be excellent if the owners would take more care. Oh and the elevator wait around check in and check out times is infuriating so don’t try to go up or down around 10am or 4 pm
