Nestled in Orange Beach, this lovely condo for $606 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Oasis 2112, formerly known as Phoenix West II 2113 This is a North facing unit with amazing views of the Gulf State Park from the regular balcony and incredible views of the Gulf from the unique 3000 sq. ft. patio! The patio is exclusive to this condo, no other unit may use it!! The Patio includes seating and a huge Bar for serving your favorite drinks with the best views in Orange Beach!! Great for Receptions!! Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated four bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 50'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms. Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 3000 sq ft condo. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large patio has unbelievable views of the waves and beach and beach views from the Balcony as well! The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queens, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a double bunk bed which is perfect for kids. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living are providing sleeping accommodations for 12. For your convenience we have installed a key-less entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. There is also a large state of the art exercise room. You have covered parking in the garage. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season. We had a great time. My family all came to celebrate the new years together This place was very spacious and we actually were able to see the fireworks from the patio. The views we had were amazing. The weather was a little chilly so we spent a lot of time in the condo. Our kids loved the indoor swimming pool.
This is definitely a place you want to stay with your family and friends.

We stayed at the Phoenix 2 West and the staff and everyone from security to check in were so accommodating for my vendors and others that came to be a part of our wedding.
We also rented a house in Fort Morgan that was extremely comfortable!!! Such a beautiful spot!

Everything about this room and hotel is great. Spacious 4 bedroom unit with a 3,000 square foot private patio all to ourselves with great views of the ocean, city of orange beach, and gulf state park. We had this room booked in 2020 only to get canceled due to a hurricane. We swore we would get this room one day so we made it happen this year and we couldn’t have been more pleased with it! Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved this place and hope to come back. It had plenty of room for our group of 11. Everything was perfect except the beds need updating.

There were a few hiccups, no supplies were left in the condo (tp, trash bags, soap) but they dropped them off the next day. The condo was not as clean as expected with some tooth paste and sauce on some of the cabinets, but overall was decently clean. The beds in the room are all swayed and will hopefully be replaced soon. The tvs are not smart tvs so bring a fire stick with you. The large patio was everyone favorite part. We went in late September and still had to wait on the elevator sometimes, I would be scared to stay during peak season. Overall it was a nice condo and met our needs for 7 people. The property was awesome with plenty of stuff to do to keep the kids busy.

When we arrived we went through and checked out the condo, immediately we noticed the beds. The beds were sunk in on each side where they have been used for so long. The refrigerator had a broken shelf in the door. The outside patio had broken furniture and trash from the previous tenants. I brought this to the managers attention and she asked if we had already thrown it away or did she need to send someone to throw it away. No mention about the broken furniture. Didn’t seem to care other than a comment that they would look into it and fix it after we left. All of the furniture looked as though it came strait from a thrift store. If this was professionally decorated, I would get my money back. We have stayed at 13 Phoenix condos and this one was by far the worst we have stayed in and one of the most expensive. Unless this is the last condo for rent, I would find another condo to rent. Now the facility outside of the condo was absolutely amazing and the best part of our trip.

Be sure to read several of the reviews before booking. Although the grounds are very clean this place is very very crowded during peak season. The wait for the elevator can be horrific and up to 20 minutes as there is only 6 of them for over 350 units. God forbid a storm comes you will be 30 or more mins, we found a alternative and seldom had to wait at all, do your research and you can also. Pool opens at 9 better be there a bit before if you want seating, there is not near enough beach for the amount of people staying either. Parking garage is nice but you may have to wait on the street when you come and go to get through security. We had a plumbing problem that took 24 hrs to get taken care of if you decide the book definitely booked through Brent Robinson not Phoenix directly. We will be going back to our much smaller facility on our next trip down.

Lovely property
This is a great unit in Orange Beach. The unit itself is very nice but the building has overcrowded elevators. We had to allow an extra 10 minutes anytime we were going anywhere due to the elevators. Once we got used to it, it was part of the experience.

We have a very positive experience. We had 11 people in our group from all areas of the country from TX to GA. There was more than enough room for the whole crew. The unit was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials needed to cook every meal. The large patio was amazing. Julia with the rental company was very attentive and touched base several times to make sure everything was okay. We have stayed at many Phoenix properties; however, this was the first time we have experience such personal service. We had one very minor issue which was handled immediately. The only thing others should be aware of is that this is a VERY LARGE building (32 floors) so the elevator is an issue at check-in/check-out times.

The property itself was great! The unit needs new mattresses on all beds. Old and saggy and comforters looked dirty. The fridge has cooling issues. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed including a crockpot. New sharper knives are greatly needed. They barely cut anything. We tried several that was there.

Stay Phoenix west II 7/17
We really enjoyed our stay. Day one we were short on towels we messaged manager of our vrbo and we received towels next day. That day we went to wash our beach towels we used for showers and the washer would not spin. Called and they sent repair man up to fix. Next day used washer same issue I called and they replaced the washer. I appreciate the quick response on the couple things we needed. It did not interrupt our stay at all. This condo had something for everyone that came.
