Located in Orange Beach, this lovely condo for $765 per night is a great choice for your next break. Oasis 3210 formerly known as Phoenix West II 3210 This is a Gulf Front condo, on the SouthEast corner with incredible views!!! Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with upgraded cabinetry in the kitchen, tile throughout, custom details and modern decor! There is not another condo at Phoenix West II like this one! Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2600 sq ft condo. This corner south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking sunset views from the living area and every bedroom from this Penthouse Condo! A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, as does the 2nd bedroom and the 3rd bedrooms, the 4th bedroom has two full sized beds and we have a sleeper sofa king in the living room. We have installed custom cabinetry and granite countertops throughout the condo. For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the baby sitting! The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs! There is a large state of the art exercise room located on the 15th floor with another two hot tubs and saunas. You have covered parking in the garage. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season. MUST be 25 to book!

This is a beautiful condo with lots of room, but I was very disappointed with the maintenance and cleanliness of the property. Multiple light bulbs were out in the dining room and kitchen area. Dust covered air vents that were in those open areas making it very noticeable. After walking on the tile floor the first day our feet were so dirty my husband went and bought cleaning supplies to mop the whole area. The ice machine showed cleaning was needed and the filter changed. I did receive an email from Phoenix Rentals checking in, so I replied giving them this same information, but never received a response or call. That being said the property location was wonderful and the pool, lazy river, etc very nice. The lady at the reservation counter was super nice and helpful. We did have an issue with being double charged for parking passes and left three messages with the management requesting help in reversing the duplicate charges. I never did hear back so I had to submit a request to my credit card company disputing the double charge. Overall the condo location and amenities were awesome, but I would not recommend this specific unit.

My family was truly in awe once we stepped inside of this oasis! The location was everything that I expected and more! The condo was clean and we pretty much only had a couple of issues. The kitchen mittens were filthy and this really surprised me given the rest of the condo appeared to be so tidy. The television in one the guest’s rooms stopped working for our last two nights and we believe that it was the outlet. I didn’t call about either of these issues because we had already contacted the manager about the running toilet in the master bathroom and she had someone come and fix it right away! But for 700/per night, I supposed I should’ve called about the other issues. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit. Housekeeping just needs to pay more attention to the small details.

The condo itself was nice. It was great for our quick trip. However, the elevator situation was HORRIBLE, especially Saturday. We waited for 45 minutes in the lobby on the first floor to get up from the beach. Its great if you only plan to use the elevator twice a day...if you want to leave more often - I wouldn't suggest it!

This is a great unit. It was very spacious and great for entertaining. Often we find rentals to be a bit dirty, but this condo was left in excellent, clean condition. Only complaints were a lack of some kitchen supplies (was stocked but could be better), and no hooks in any of the bathrooms- silly, but when you’re hanging wet towels and swimsuits daily it was a real pain. Orange Beach itself was fine- not very walkable, but plenty to keep you occupied on site.

Very nice property and location, with exceptional view from 32nd floor. Only problems we experienced were parking (limited to two vehicles on site per 4 BR condo), and elevators. Additional parking is off-site some distance away, requiring someone to transport the driver there and pick up vehicles, if the whole party wants to go out, which becomes a problem if you have 3 familes staying together as we did. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay.

Beautiful but also comfortable! Loved the whimsical beach touches throughout! All the beds were also very comfortable which is important on vacation. We loved it and are already looking at dates for next year. The only issue we had was with the back air unit which they had fixed within 24 hours. Things happen! Beautiful views from every room, plenty of seating room for large parties, comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. However, kitchen could use couple new skillets as the ones there are pretty scratched up. One of the guest rooms has closet door that is broken.
