My wife and I stayed over the New Year’s Eve holiday and had a wonderful time. The ability to walk downstairs and be on main st in Estes park was incredible. You cannot beat the location of this property. The host was communicative and the property was very clean.

Right in the heart of the retail district. You can walk to everything. Unit is on 2nd floor. One bed one bath. Winter wonderland like a Hallmark movie. Wonder what it’s like in the summer tourist season.

This condo is beautiful with nice furnishings and amenities. We loved the location right in the middle of downtown Estes Park. We enjoyed eating and sitting on the balcony. Very close to Rocky Mountain National Park too. Quiet building. Would love to stay here again!

My husband and I absolutely loved this mountain condo. The place was clean and comfortable. It’s a beautiful view of the town and mountains from the balcony. Located in a quiet area and steps away from shopping, restaurants,and attractions! Loved how close we were to RMNP! I highly would recommend this spot for your trip to Estes Park! We will be back!

Four night stay (Tues-Sat) for our honeymoon. Excellent location and a very clean nice condo. Only issue is the furniture. It appears that they just ordered everything from an Ikea catalog; looks cool but not functional/comfortable.
Specifically had an issue with the bed. It appears at some point in the past there were some damage done to it, and it had been repaired. There was no brace across the head of the bed, thereby causing it to sag toward the middle as well as toward the head of the bed. This caused our heads to be below our feet. It was very uncomfortable and prevented us from sleeping. Wound up moving the mattress to the floor and slept like that for three nights.
Made contact with the property manager who was very nice, and she stated they were attempting to make contact with their handyman. The next day received a text stating they were unable to make contact, but would get something worked out the next day. We never heard anything after that from her or the handyman.
I’ve read other reviews that mention the parking issue. It worked out great for us, because we were there during an off-peak time, but I could see in the summertime that being an issue with limited parking.
I would also encourage the owners to invest in some additional cookware. We like to cook in which is one of the reasons we rent VRBO‘s. However their cookware was not in great shape and limited in number.

The condo is well-located and nicely decorated, although a little strangely configured. Like other reviewers, we had difficulty both with the main entry and the lockbox keys. A phone call later resolved the problem but it was an annoying way to start our stay. The sleep sofa needs to be flipped over from the back side (not exactly intuitive, but again resolved), but didn’t change the fact that it was extremely uncomfortable…like sleeping on a box spring. It was a good thing that just one person was sleeping on it since we flipped it back to sofa mode for the second night which was better but not great. There were no touches to make us feel welcome…no coffee/bottled water, anything. There was, however, a note telling us to strip the beds, load towels and sheets, start washer or we’d be charged $30. Really??? This place could be very good, but based on our experience we’d say: keep looking.

This property sits in the heart of Estes Park, above stores that line the Main Street. It’s spacious and comfortable. We had a little trouble getting into the building but called the owner and got it resolved immediately. The owner could be more helpful by labeling light switches and even the dispensers in the shower. I didn’t know which liquid was shampoo or conditioner or what. There are small things that would add ease and comfort - bigger bedside tables, lights by the bed instead of the sconces that are so high on the wall. Hooks in the bathroom are high on the wall (the owner must be tall!). Overall, we enjoyed staying there. It could get a little noisy until the shops closed, but I recommend the property.

It is a really cool space but the bed is the worse bed ever. It is not a good memory foam mattress and the frame is bad and uneven. Worse sleep ever. So sad as the rest of the place is great and enjoyed having access to everything on the main street area.

Nice place. What issues I had was taken care of by a simple text. Was as pictured. Overlooking Elkhorn st in Estes park plenty of things to see and do after your day at RMNP. We arrived during wine festival I was worried about parking. But there was still spots. other people had access problems with entrance door just do the code and push then pull. Amy was just a text away always answered my questions.

The place is nice and it is a nice location. The keypad to enter the building is very touchy and doesn’t work very well. It took us like 10 try’s to get it to work each time we entered. Also, the most annoying part, the bed was not made and it looked like it hadn’t been touched since the last guests stayed there. Luckily we found some clean bedding in the closet to use. The rest of the place seemed clean, not the worst or best VRBO experience I’ve had.

This lovely loft was in the perfect location. We enjoyed having the best access to downtown Estes and we loved the river walk easy access too. No worries about traffic! Even though it was downtown, it was quiet and felt very private. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time in Estes Park. Location and amenities were beyond our expectations. We were in easy walking distance to many businesses. The condo is well appointed and cared for. The complaints of difficulties with door locks are probably not understanding how they work and parking is always a concern in a recreational area. If we return to the region we will investigate the use of this place again. Excellent location for reasonable price.

This place was just perfect for my husband and myself! We sat outside overlooking the Ice Cream shop and walked up and down the River Walk......So relaxing and in walking to distance to bars and shops and restaurants!! Had a great time now back to the Arkansas heat!

Only hick-up was that the room hadn’t been cleaned yet when we arrived. We easily got in touch with our contact and a cleaning crew got there very quickly. We were able up sit on the deck for 45 min while the studio was cleaned. Everything else went perfectly. Great location for a 4-day visit to downtown Estes.

Great location, clean. My only feedback is there's a huge skylight right above the bed so if light bothers you when you sleep then this is a no go. I woke up at 5am each morning thinking we left the lights on.

We had issues trying to get into the property, texted and called property manager and didn’t hear back from her until almost 24 hours later. Had we not figured it out, we would have been denied access. Back up plan was to get a key from a lockbox, had that key not been there, we would have had to go home. Parking is an issue, although there is a parking pass, but if you leave during the day chances are high that there will not be parking available when you return.

We had two fabulous nights at the loft. It was great to sit on the balcony with a drink and people watch after long hikes at the National Park which was less than a 5 minute drive away! We did Deer Mountain Peak and Bear Lake Road and one of the waterfalls off of that. Full Throttle food was great as well as Ed’s cantina. It was great to be able to walk right out the door to so many restaurants and shops. Thank so much for sharing this wonderful spot with us!

Perfect location for our Estes vacation! Property was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Parking lot location made it easy to skip the busy intersection in Estes and get up to RMNP. Its right on the main drag, so we were able to walk to shop and dine all week. The balcony was a lovely spot for morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again!!!

It was a nice and spacious place. We enjoyed our stay. The only complaints we have is that the bed wasn't very comfortable, the skylight is right by the bed so the sun wakes you up early and the door was very difficult to figure out when checking in. One suggestion is to give more description of how to get the door to unlock. Someone staying in a neighboring unit had the same issue, so we knew it wasn't just us.

Very clean and as advertised as it overlooks Eklhorn. We had significant difficulty getting in and out of the building as the coded entry lock didn't work the entire time we were there. We were fortunate that there was friendly shop worker that could let us in.

My husband, dog and I came up to EP from Denver so I could photograph a wedding at Black Canyon Inn. We’ve stayed other places in EP, but this takes the cake. The location can’t be beat, parking is convenient and we loved the balcony. Everything was clean, modern and the kitchen as well as the bathroom were well stocked. We look forward to coming back in the summer!
