Spend your vacation in this cozy and relaxing Riverside 2 bedroom 2 bath unit that offers views of the gulf and the Ole River. The kitchen is modernized with granite countertops and beautiful glass tile backsplash. The plank floors offer a beachy feel and match beautifully with the beach decor. The master bedroom offers a king bed with full bath attached. The guest room features twin beds and adjoins another bath that is also accessible from the main living area. The sofa opens to a queen sleeper. The complex offers fishing and crabbing, swimming in indoor and outdoor pools, and tennis. Swim out to the sandbar and splash in the waters of the Ole River or walk across the street to the deeded access of the Gulf of Mexico. Just 1/10th of a mile from the white sands of the beach, there is a crosswalk with a traffic stop that allows for quick and easy crossing of Perdido Beach Blvd. This condo offers something for everyone!

The unit was clean and beds were good. I never spoke to the owner since they sent good information and instructions and there was no need for any calls. The baths are a little small as they are in these units, The pool area was clean as well as the pool. Check out is hard at 10 with small children and trying to get them up and have breakfast and be out by 10 but I do understand. We had a wonderful stay and family at the complex next door.
