• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.
• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.
• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.
• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Very nice place. Did have some issues with the outlets and some roaches, but the host was very easy to communicate with and recieved responses quickly. Unfortunately towards the end of our stay, the people in the condo right above us were very loud. It appears when people are staying where we did, you can hear every footstep above. The access to the beach was amazing and the pool was well kept. Overall a very nice place to stay for vacay!

The room was very nice and clean! Very shirty walk to the beach! Having the bay in the back was absolutely amazing and the pool being there also it was great! We had an awesome time!

The Wi-Fi code was incorrect so I had to call the provider
The ice maker in the refrigerator was not working so we had to purchase ice
The next door neighbor has a very loud voice and a very NASTY mouth
