The lady who greeted us at reception was very kind and welcoming.
The location is amazing just around the corner from the Trevi fountain and lots of spots for food in the area.
Spotlessly clean with very good facilities, and water left in the fridge for our arrival and tea and coffee pods.
Toiletries in the bathroom were a very nice touch and made up for things we had forgotten.
Fantastic place that we will use again and recommend to anyone.
A little gift was left for us the day we were departing that was a special touch by the staff, thank you so much.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and accommodating to our flight changes. The room was clean and quiet even though we were only steps from Trevi Fountain. Thanks so much for all your help, it was such a great experience and that is down to how great all the staff were!
Knowing where to tell the taxi to pick up/drop off ahead of time since the location can't be reached if you tell them the hotel location but if you tell them the restaurant right across the street they can come to the intersection.

Hosts were extremely kind, gracious, and accommodating. Location was terrific, just around the corner from the Trevi Fountain, less than a 10-minute walk to the Pantheon, and a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum. Great sound-proofing. It was remarkable how quiet and peaceful this apartment is given how close it is to the massive crowds in the streets below surrounding the Trevi Fountain. The room itself (not really a suite despite its name) was small but ample and well-equipped. The elevator was handy for transporting bags and easing weary legs.
There was a sewage-like smell emanating from the bathroom plumbing that was quite unpleasant and that persisted throughout our stay. The staff attempted to remedy this with air freshener spray, but that lasted maybe 10 minutes. Had it not been for this problem (which was significant) we would have rated this place higher. Also, while a balcony is noted on the room description, it is not usable as it is extremely narrow, and there is no view to speak of anyway, so no reason to be out there.
