Antonio is great, always helpful in anyway needed, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
The property is clean, centrally located with major attractions and good restaurants easily within walking distance and reasonably priced.
Would definitely stay there again without hesitation.
Like most elevators in Europe the space tends to be smaller than in the US but that's not a negative against the property rather a cultural thing.

The lift was very slow and the property is not accessible to those with mobility limitations.

Great location. Excellent staff and very friendly and helpful.
Too basic, would have preferred fresh towels each day and my bed made as well. This is not the type of accommodations that met our needs. Pricey for what we got.
