The unit is clean, safe and the view gorgeous. The singing Coqui frogs were delightful to hear at night.
Nearest restaurant or market to Mediterranean Style Ohana is 5 miles away.

Unit had a fabulous ocean view, kitchen was well appointed. Elfie and Manfred couldn't have been nicer. It was the BEST VRBO we have ever stayed in. Thank you so much!

Fully equipped apartment, sunny, cheerful, great views, interesting modern architecture, deck for outside eating and relaxing. Friendly, helpful owners who suggested local Farmer's market for food (Farmer's Markets are THE happening activity in Pahoa!). We used the washer/drier before we left. Very useful. In Hawaii you just need a couple of teeshirts, shorts, swimsuit, and a Hawaiian shirt for formal occasions!
Should tape up small tears in sliding screen and move heavy ceramics down from high shelves in case of earthquakes. They did move a heavy container from above the bed when we asked. Tried to fix t.v. reception but we actually enjoyed not using the t.v.!!!!
