Amazing hotel, lovely staff, clean and welcoming as always. Food is great with a good variety.
Not enough food choices for children. Lifeguard at the animation pool is absolutely useless and it can get very crowded.
I also don’t like the fact you cannot book one room if you are a family of 5+. We are a family of 2 adults with 3 children and have to book two rooms so we are split up at nights.

The food is really good. Everything was tasty and fresh. The staff is nice. Hamam and spa were wonderful, the spa staff is so so so kind and professional. The massage they do was 10 out of 10.
The only thing that was a bit confusing, that most of guests are German pensioners who are annoyed by little children who make splashing noises when they swim, and play in general.
In winter season (till 1st of April) waterslides are not operating.

Food was pretty good, if rather repetitive.
Nice holiday but not restful in any way. Loud music until 11:30 each night. Changed room to go to the quieter side but it made very little difference. Reception desk seemed indifferent - they implied we should have known before choosing the hotel.
