Essen und die Sauberkeit Miniclub und die ganzen Amateure waren super drauf und haben die Leute gut auf Trapp gehalten ein großes Lob an die Animateure.
Bei den Pools die Toiletten waren nicht sauber .

Dad Personal war sehr freundlich, es war überall tadellos sauber. An meinem Geburtstag war Nachmittags das Bett sehr schön dekoriert, wir bekamen sogar eine Flasche Wein und einen Obstteller. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an das Personal, ich habe mich sehr darüber gefreut! Das Essen war sehr umfangreich, es war für jeden etwas dabei und sehr lecker. Die Lage vom Hotel ist auch super, gegenüber vom Haupteingang liegt der Basar, durch den hinteren Eingang kommt man in 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand, es gibt aber auch einen Shuttle. Das Spa war auch toll, und preislich mehr als fair! Wir bekamen ein riesengroßes Zimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 4 Betten, mega.
Die Pools waren alle eiskalt, wir haben deshalb nur den warmen Innenpool genutzt. Cocktails und Eis war leider nicht all inclusive. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Nebenan war jemand, der morgens ab halb 8 und bis Abends nach 22 Uhr laut schreiend telefoniert hat. Nach einer Beschwerde unsererseits nach ein paar Tagen hat die Rezeption sich gekümmert, und ein Machtwort gesprochen. Von da an war morgens und spät Abends Ruhe, vielen Dank nochmal dafür!

The beach was so close to the hotel.
Long food queue. I'll never stay all inclusive hotel. Extremely crowded.
Even though I made the payment, there was a problem in the hotel's system. They checked again and the problem was solved. For this, they called me from my room and we were in a difficult situation with our guests. It was not a professional approach in my opinion.
