Прекрасная атмосфера отдыха. Немецкие пенсионеры-основной тип отдыхающих. Вежливый персонал. Официантов в ресторане достаточно. Еда прекрасная и вкусная. То есть и зимой там очень приятно. Баров много,кормят-поят на каждом шагу) Внутренний закрытый бассейн, иногда по два раза за день туда ходили. В ванной комнате хорошая вентиляция и хороший слив. Очень удобные кровати. Может, кому-то после помпезных огромных пятёрок покажется более скромно,но на самом деле все очень удобно.

Размеры семейного номера все же очень скромные. Задумка хорошая, но чуть бы больше места в первой комнате. И качество полотенец, выдаваемых для бассейна,не выдерживает критики. Один раз дали в дырках🤦

Entspannte Tage

Ein gutes zweckmäßiges Hotel, Wir sind eon paar mal im Jahr hier... Personal bis auf wenige Ausnahmen freundlich und hilfsbereit... Ein sehr ordentliches und sauberes Hotel.

Die Ausnahmen beim Personal sehr aufdringlich wen Sie glauben Frauen sind alleine vor Ort... Getränke zu 70 Prozent bei den ersten (täglich)falsch....

Einmal und nie wieder...

Essen war zwar reichhaltig, aber nicht abwechslungsreich.

Ich würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Die Herren an der Rezeption sind sehr von oben herunter. Die Gästebetreuung ist nur auf gewisse Gäste und ihre Vorteile fixiert. Kellner bedienen nur wenn man die Brieftasche auf dem Tisch liegen hat. Es gibt aber auch sehr nette Kellner die ohne Geld einen freundlichen Service machen. Am Strand wären Auflagen für die Liegen gut.

NIE WIEDER!!!

Gewisse Kellner waren sehr freundlich, Essen war gut aber teilweise lauwarm.

Ich betrete das Hotel nie wieder. Direkt am Anreisetag hatte ich im Hotel einen Unfall. Das Hotel hat sich nicht an die Sicherheitsrichtlinien gehalten, eine Stelle die durch Nässe sehr rutschig wird, war nicht gekennzeichnet. Außerdem hatte ich ein sehr schlechtes Zimmer. Es war schmutzig und das Parkett war abgesplittert und sehr laut. Ich habe öfters an der Rezeption (2 Wochen lang) um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten, aber keines erhalten. Meine Nerven waren am Ende, da ich durch den Sturz massive Schmerzen hatte. An der Rezeption wurde ich sehr arrogant von den Herren behandelt. Ich habe mitbekommen, dass Stammgäste ohne Probleme einen Zimmerwechsel erhalten haben. Denke auch das es an der Gästebetreuerin liegt, die für meine Anliegen keine Zeit hatte und sich in keinster Weise darum kümmerte. Durch den Unfall trug ich eine Armschlinge, im Speisesaal hat mir keiner beim Schöpfen oder Tragen des Tellers geholfen. Wurde eher belächelt. Ich war froh als mein Urlaub zu Ende, von Erholung keine Spur...im Gegenteil ich habe immer noch Beschwerden!!!

Мои ожидания и реальность совпали полностью и даже с превышением в пользу отеля!

Заселение. Приехали мы на машине, часов в 12 дня, народу на ресепшен не было, нас заселили буквально через 5-7 минут. Номер наш был в другом корпусе на 1 этаже, семейный. Номер небольшой, как заходишь, сразу 2 кровати, нет никакого пространства для того, чтобы раздеться и разуться, что не очень удобно. Но в целом - почти 2 комнаты, разделенные санузлом, 2 телевизора, и шкаф - все, что нужно. Санузел отличный - были одноразовые принадлежности (шампунь, мыло, кондиционер, шапочки для душа), бумага пополнялась, полотенца менялись, вообще по поводу уборки-все отлично! Пару раз закрутили ракушки (оставляли по 1 доллару через день примерно), отличные кровати, матрасы шикарные! В общем по оснащению номера - все ГУД! Кстати, добавлю - уютный балкон! Хоть и вид у нас был на соседний отель, но мы сидели уже ближе к полуночи и вид нам не мешал наслаждаться морским воздухом). В номере чай, кофе, сахар, вода - все своевременно пополняется. Есть чайник и посуда. Про еду и кроме моего отзыва сказано много - очень разнообразно, вкусно, много! Плюс снек-бар, пончики, пицца - в общем не только голодным не останешься, а, скорее, наоборот! Море минутах в 7 от отеля, ходит шаттл, которым редко кто пользуется. т.к. отель в основном немецкие пенсионеры - транспорт скорее для них - мы прекрасно ходили пешком. Пляж - отличный, кафе на пляже - шикарное, пицца - вкусная! На пляже волейбол и бочча - с удовольствием играли (правда 1 раз, потом погода испортилась и мероприятия на пляже приостановили) Ну и отдельно, про анимацию. Все ребята стараются! Были тематические вечеринки, в которых мы принимали активное участие! Все говорят минимум на 3 языках - так что проблем коммуникации не возникало. Прекрасная девушка Азиза - замечательный человек, могла зажечь кого угодно, парни тоже - ГУД и поют и танцуют! И еще немного про СПА. тут чуть есть вопросы - СПА-комплекс - хамам (холодный), сауна. Но, чтоб пройти в бассейн - надо выйти в коридор! Тут как-бы есть нюанс( холодно

Номер семейный - небольшую бы прихожую( а то раздеваешься на кровати. Плюс освещение - его не хватает, но, слава богу, нам книжки читать некогда было, но вот, кто любитель - тут явно темновато

в целом хорошо отдохнули, но были минусы

Еда разнообразная, в баре на пляже кормят хорошо, тут и гриль и паста свежеприготовленная, и пиде и гезлеме. можно смело на обед оставаться на пляже. аниматоры стараются как могут. пляж хороший, чистый. лежаки обновили, очень удобные

соки отвратительные. мороженое не очень. нет в номере ни шампуня, ни ухочисток ничего. только гель для умывания и мыло. в целом отель немного староват. В букинге они выкладывают фото Hane family отеля который более для семейных, при просьбе посетить этот отель, которая относится к их сети, они строго настрого отказывают. в таком случае удалите фотографии, не вводите постояльцев в заблуждение!

Overpriced. €400 to share a bed with my 12 year old and 15 year old.

Breakfast and food was good on the first day but it was the same thing for all the 4 days tath we were there. we got sick of it by the second day because lunch and dinner were the same.

the Staff were very poor. they talked about us behind our back and even made comments to each other as my children and myself approached. perhaps they were not talking about us but their manners were snide. They gave myself and my children a double room instead of a family room. Myself and three teenagers had to fit on a single bed and a double bed. When I asked for a family room as I was paying €400 a night! they said there are none available. our american friend asked to be moved to another room as it was a noisy ground floor. He was given a family room for a single person. He had a room with two single beds and a double bed for just himself. He said it was because he tips and he is American. I felt a bit of racism from the establishment based on this fact. I am of Indian Origin. The reception staff were uncoute and did not have a welcoming nature. they spoke limited english for a global establishment. They were rude and only MEN! the waiters on a contrary were kind and friendly. We tipped them for their service and their respectful nature.

Good Place for Family Vacation

It was overall a very nice experience. There were lots of facilities for food, drink bars, indoor and outdoor areas to lounge with family, etc. There were several pools, including an indoor and two outdoor pools, a beach on the sea, a massage/spa area.

The all-inclusive food buffet (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) was definitely convenient but it was mediocre in quality. When we went to restaurants a couple times, the food there was much better. Not really a huge downside but something to keep in mind.

Good hotel if you are German

The bars were good. Bus to the beach. The Beach bar. Lovely gardens. Entertainments team are good.

We had to go to reception to get the room cleaners to do their job properly. Like wash the tiled floors, replenish the tea, coffee, stirrers, etc. Only a couple of staff spoke English. The hotel is obviously geared around Germans, so the staff have no interest in English or Russians, your staff are only interested in Germans. The restaurant food is mediocre at best, more effort required in the Kitchen & more skilled chefs needed.

Very nice place.

Food was very good. Swimming pools are also nice. Service personal is very friendly.

Buildings are located in different sides of the small street and to moove between areas you have to cross it every time. There is bridge overhead but mostly people do not use it.

And they were supposed to write instead of a five-star hotel, to write the nursing home

The hotel was rubbish not worthy of 5 stars The staff treat customers in a rude and disrespectful way and they are supposed to remove the word Everything is included because it is a lie. Eating is horrible and disgusting. They put chicken bones and write grilled chicken, and if you sit down to eat, they turn off the electricity and the air conditioning in order for you to walk. My son wanted cold water, but they did not give him because, according to them, we closed. Is there a five-star hotel that tells its customers we are closed! The hotel smells bad in the corridors. In the balcony of the room, lizards and spiders were not able to open the balcony. In this hotel, it was necessary to write you are in Germany and not in Turkey, even at the children's party, my children did not understand any word, and this was inappropriate for non-German children.

Totally it was good and excellent experience for me i appreciate all the staff personnel especially the staff f&b and receptionist thanks from all my heart

I don't like one staff receptionist he's name( Ervhen l he was very rude to me and he's not professional at all he need to talk calm and quiet with gust .. I ignored him to not let anyone bother me during my vacation, aside of that everything was perfect 👌

in this hotel you are the part of the “leasure conveyor”

oh, this “all inclusive” stuff looks great on paper (in booking.com app), but there are a lot of “but(s)”. on the other side Wi-Fi was awesome as for Turkey hotels. a lot of food. and they think you want to drink a lot of alcohol if you are Russian (for me this is downside).

not clean room, thick walls, power cord to hair dryer had no isolation. elevator was not working in our building. schedule of “entertainment” is not comfortable: at 6:30 pm indoor swimming pool is closing. the same for ice cream bar. ah, and coffee in coke glasses, not cups. view to the garbage bins place was not good too.

Very good offer for the price.

I would have preferred a separate bedroom instead of the entresol. The rooms would require renovation - paint peeling of the walls, silicone coming off, several wooden elements worn.
