The vacation property is a new construction 500 square foot carriage home built above a two car garage. The home is separate, self contained and equipped with all the amenities of a small home. Including a full kitchen, stocked with all cooking and eating necessities. laundry, bathroom, one bedroom and a sofa bed allowing the home to comfortably sleep 4 persons. Also included is a deck with a view of the lake, vineyards and Penticton hills. Parking for one vehicle is provided however, more parking on the street is available. Please no pets or smoking on the premises.

We had a lovely stay here! The suite was absolutely perfect. The bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The area was nice and quiet. We both slept very well!

My partner and I stayed at Emily's place for a few days in July while awaiting the arrival of our extended family for our wedding. Check-in was easy and Emily was a fantastic host, even allowing us to keep our bikes in their back yard during our stay. Emily's place was very well appointed, and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved the outdoor balcony, which provided a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a bite to eat after a busy day. The location was fabulous, just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and coffee shops. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Penticton.

Unit is modern and fully equipped with all appliances, anything that you may need, even safety pins..thank you. Location is close to downtown...walking distance to Gyro Park, beach, convention centre...everywhere that we needed to go. Downfall is the parking space is tight and there are stairs to climb to access the unit.

Handa down the best place we have ever stayed. Perfectly located, short walk to the beach, close to restaurants/cafes etc. Loved the day bed on the patio, spent much of our time out there reading ❤️. Everything was well thought out, down to pens, small office supplies, sewing kit etc. We are picky sleepers but both the bed and the sofa bed were comfy! Will definitely book again next time we are in town!

The carriage house apt was great! We were able to walk to dinner and coffee and it was easy to get out to Apex resort for some skiing. We appreciated all the small touches that made the apt comfortable.

This is a very nice, private lane way suite above a garage. You can look out the window and see the lake between the buildings on the other side of the lane. Just a quick walk to downtown, with coffee shops, breweries, restaurants and shops.

We rented this place for 2 months while my son was attending Okanagan Hockey Academy. The location was perfect. Not only walking distance to OHA and SOEC, but a block from the water and short walk to restaurants and shops downtown. The place is clean, well-stocked and cozy. Excellent communication with owner. It is as advertised. Will definitely stay here again.

We will definitely recommend this property. It's only a 5 minute walk to the beach about 1/2 way down the strip. Close to everything! We walked to all the restaurants and pubs. The accommodation itself is very clean and fully stocked. We loved the place! It has 17 steps up to the apartment so if you have any mobility issues that may pose a problem. Thank you so much! Our family of three adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host Emily was a pleasure to deal with and made check-in and check-out seamless. The unit is well equipped, very clean, and in a fantastic location with great access to the beach, shops, eateries, breweries, and a short distance to the KVR and nearby wineries. A daily favorite was our morning coffee in the sunshine on the comfy deck. We would definitely return.

Amazing carriage house literally a block from the beach. Well appointed and comfortable. Spacious for 2 people and suitable for 3. Cannot say enough about the patio and the day bed. Gorgeous views and so relaxing. Emily was a very thoughtful host. Highly recommend.

Lovely laneway house exceed my expectations. It's so close to the beach you can even see the water and mountains on the east side of Penticton from the balcony. The covered balcony also has a really comfortable day bed which is great to relax on. The queen bed and sofa bed are both firm and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and easy to cook in. We had a great stay.
