Located in Penticton, this charming condo for $145 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Welcome to the Sunglo Peach Suite, a charming basement rental located in the West Bench area of Penticton. Please note that there is a half flight of stairs at the entrance, so it may not be suitable for disabled patrons. This rural gem offers a mix of relaxation and outdoor activities, with easy access to beaches, wineries, and cycling trails. Situated on the western slopes of Penticton, the West Bench area offers panoramic views of Okanagan Lake and the city. Despite its bucolic setting, the suite is only a short walk from Penticton's Okanagan Lake beach, the Okanagan Events Centre, and the downtown area. The Kettle Valley Rail Trail runs alongside the property, providing unparalleled access for walking, jogging, or cycling along the longest rail trail in B.C. From the suite, you can easily cycle to Summerland wineries or explore the 30+ wineries located on the prestigious Naramata Bench. For adventurous wine lovers, the Black Sage Road and Golden Mile wine regions are also within an hour's drive. If golf is more your idea of a good walk, the Penticton Golf and Country Club is conveniently located nearby. There are also WOW Golf Club and Pine Hills Golf Club, only a short distance (3km) away from the property. Ride your bikes on the KVR to both golf clubs. The suite has recently been renovated and features a brand-new bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and living areas. The bedroom offers a brand new king-size bed with a Stearns & Foster mattress, luxury bed linen, soft fluffy towels, two sumptuous dressing gowns, and a bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel to ensure a relaxing and carefree stay. In the kitchen, you'll find a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a countertop induction stove, along with spices, coffee, tea, and sugar for your convenience. There are clothes washing mashine and a dryer rack in the suite for you to use. The living area offers additional sleeping arrangements with a comfortable sofa bed. Please note that the bedroom and living area are located in the same (large) room, with a divider screen for privacy. The eating area and kitchen are located in a separate room. A smart TV with Netflix and other apps is provided for your enjoyment, and a walk-in closet offers ample storage for your luggage and sports equipment. The space is ideally suited for a couple or two people, but it can accommodate up to four if the other two don't mind sharing a sofa bed. Outside, you'll have access to a dedicated patio with a table and four chairs, as well as a gas BBQ.

This property is exactly as shown. Very clean, well stocked and the surprise was just how close it was to everything Penticton has to offer. The access to the lake, Event Centre and downtown is very easy. There's a shopping center 2 minutes from the property that has all you need as well. The host communicates well and the location is quiet and picturesque. There's a very nice outside area where you can sit and relax or have coffee or a meal. Internet was good and the TV had Netflix and Prime loaded which we used and enjoyed. We'll definitely be back on our next winery tour vacation.

The suite was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the proximity to the KVR and we took the 15 minute walk down to the beach. It was all very nice.

This was the perfect little getaway spot for our family vacation to Penticton this summer. The location was great, 5min drive down the hill to the beach and amenities. Steps from walking/biking trails. Ultra quiet neighborhood. Peaceful garden overlooking grasslands and a lovely outdoor seating/dining area. The suite had everything we needed for two adults and two small kids and was more spacious than we expected with nicely done renovations. The suite was nice and cool, even during 35 degree weather. We can’t wait to come back to this little gem again next summer.

Great place for a getaway! The place was clean and beautifully decorated. Well located and close to all amenities. KVR Trail was steps away.
Communication with hostess was timely and she was a pleasure to deal with.

We were so pleased with our accomadations. We were in Penticton for our Grandkids hockey playoffs. The travel time to the rink was about 7 minutes. So convenient. The suite was spotless and well equiped with everything that we needed. Galina was a wonderful host!

Loved the feeling of coming "home" to our own suite in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood with a nature trail close by for evening walks. Appreciated having everything we needed to make meals including toaster oven, stovetop, microwave, BBQ; they really thought of everything. The air conditioning was fantastic especially because the temp was in the 30's outside. Would recommend!!

Really beautiful place, and well equipped. I was worried about the heat but the place is extremely cool in summer. It was perfect. The use of the yard for BBQ, playing and lounging was great out needs were met and the place was great! Plus shower and bed are next level awesome! excellent

We would definitely recommend staying here. The king size bed was really comfortable, the decor was lovely,modern,clean, and spacious. It is just a short drive to the beach and restaurants.

The inside was very clean. The entrance down the stairs and the patio furniture were neglected and dirty. this is a basement apartment and there were only 2 very small windows, that my not have been large enough to allow someone to escape through, should there be a fire (not sure if this is legal as a rental).
The bed was king size and offered no support, as it sloped to the middle. A comfortable bed is probably the most important feature of any accommodations. I woke up both mornings with a sore back, because of the mattress. We paid a big price for 2 nights, and would have expected better.
Unless the owners replace the bed with a new one and clean up, at least the entrance, I would NOT recommend this property, and the price range it's in.

This was a special and memorable trip dose us, the location was perfect as we were in a quiet neighbourhood but also close to the beach and dining options.
The renovated bathroom was lovely and the kitchen had everything we needed.

What a pleasant surprise for a last minute reservation. The place is clean, modern, stylish yet cozy and homey. The location is rural and beautiful yet walking distance from KVR, downtown, and the beach., definitely will return.

Perfect for couples
Property is in a great area, close to everything in Penticton. Nice and quiet area, gorgeous scenery. Suite was very cozy and has everything you need. Fireplace was great. The bed was so comfortable, had an amazing rest. Would def. recommend to any couple loling for a quiet, cozy spot.
