About this apartment rental
Disclaimer: The concrete spall repair project will begin on 8/19 and last till 10/21. During construction, owners and guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal workday hours as crews perform concrete removal, repairs, and other related work. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions while completing the project safely and efficiently. No work will be done on Labor Day Weekend. All repairs requiring the use of swing stages on the exterior of the building will begin only after Labor Day.
Phoenix 8 Unit #605...This is the perfect condo for a couple, or a family with small kids! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals while you are at the beach! The Master bedroom is large and has a King sized bed and an adjoining bathroom! And, the sofa pulls out into a queen bed for the kids!
Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening on the balcony. The views are spectacular! This is why you are coming to the beach!!
Phoenix VIII is much smaller than some of the other Phoenix properties which is a good thing! Parking in the front is always available and the elevators are almost never crowded. There is a full service help desk in the lobby where you purchase your parking pass upon arrival.

Everything was exactly as advertised. It was easy check in, the room and parking pass were ready when we arrived. The view from the balcony was amazing during the day and beautiful at night. The walkway to the beach was so much better than most we've visited. The area for rinsing off the sand was great because the sand went through the slots in the grated floor and we didn't have to walk through sand after rinsing. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Only concern was tripping over the threshold of the sliding door leading to the balcony. It's taller than most so pay attention when entering and exiting. Overall a great place to stay.

Room was very clean and well maintained, beach view was superb (spent most of my time on the balcony enjoying the view) pools were nice and kids loved them. Location was fantastic (not in the hustle and bustle but still close to all town activities and restaurants) Beach and complex were not super busy

Ice maker didn’t work. Had water problems in bathroom with water leaking Called maintenance, he was prompt & courteous. He had come back 3 times. He did bring us a bag of ice. One recliner wouldn’t recline. A woman with property management called me & stated it was reported that 3 men were smoking on our balcony & to stop it. They had video proof! I explained we didn’t smoke. She insisted it was us. She called back a second time with the same accusations. I again told her we didn’t smoke & it was only me & my husband there. She asked why only 2 people in a 3 bedroom condo? She definitely had wrong person. We were staying in a 1 bedroom condo. This upset us both! She later texted an apology that she had the wrong condo. Other than that, the beach was beautiful, chair attendant was nice & friendly.
