Enjoy completely upgraded appliances, granite, tile, carved crown molding, tiled balcony, walk-in glass front tiled rain-shower, plus much more!! Be aware that there is a $50 Parking fee due at the front desk on check-in. Phoenix VIII is a low density, family oriented community which means plenty of pool chairs and amenities for everyone. The view from our 8th floor balcony is breathtaking! Enjoy west views for days and watch the ships come and go from the pass!
Pay for 6 nights and 7th night is free or book for a month and enjoy a 25% discount.
This condo is PERFECT for couples!!. Perfect for seniors!!
** Please note: There is a lot of glass in this condo, may NOT be appropriate for small or rambunctious children. Also we do not rent to children's sports leagues due to damage to tile floors by cleats... Thank you for understanding.

Our room had a lovely view of the ocean and surrounding area. The walk to the beach was not long. The condo was tastefully decorated and had all the kitchen supplies we needed. My one suggestion would be to get a bigger coffee pot - 5 cups at a time for brewing (actually 4 cups). There is also a k-cup machine if you prefer that. The condo building was well maintained. All in all we will certainly consider this condo for future stays in Orange Beach.

Im writing this review now even though we haven't stayed there yet,but i want everyon to know what kind of owner Cheryl is. We were suppose to stay here the first couple of weeks of April, but we had a family situation and wouldn't be able to go. So i reached out to Cheryl and explained everything and she didn't hesitate at all to help us. Her main concern was that we were able to be with my mother in her final days. We were able to reschedule our trip later this year but she didn't have to do it because we were the 14 days to arrival period. Even though we haven't meet she is a very gracious and a blessing to me and my family.I will leave another review after go down there.Chuck p.

We loved our condo! The views were breathtaking. Condo was clean & had what we needed. The only issue we had was when we were trying to get our parking tag. Lady at the front desk had no idea what she was doing & had my husband & I totally confused!!! Thank goodness another lady was working the next day & got it processed in 3 minutes. It was 20 more than we expected.

Well the code to get in the Condo was everywhere, but the Condo Number was extremely hard to locate. After going through page after page I located the Condo number. Since we got there after 5 pm, the desk was closed. We were told that there is a charge for parking but the page telling you that said 35 not 50. However, they did notify us a few times parking was 50. Their pade said their was a kiosk to pay but when we used their QR code it didnt have us listed. So we waited until 9 am Saturday and met the lady at the desk. She couldn't locate us... Finally she found us and she said my card didn't work. Luckily, my bank notifies me when the card is charged. I showed it to her and she said she would have to take my word for it. On Sunday we found two notices on our car saying I needed a parking pass. Security guard came up and told me that an owner was upset we didn't have a parking pass. I asked why when I paid wasn't I given one? He couldn't answer. Luckily we left Sunday Morning. Place was clean including the property. Great view of the Gulf of America. Pool was awesome.
