About this apartment rental
You will enjoy the laid-back ambience in our spacious 1-bedroom condo facing beautiful Perdido Pass with gorgeous direct beachfront views. You will have everything you need and more in our newly renovated 'Rest Nest'. If new and updated matters to you, you will love our Rest Nest. If beautiful beach views and balcony privacy matters to you, you will love our Rest Nest. If you are a "comparative shopper", you will love our Rest Nest. Our rates are great - often offering deals. We want your return rentals and your good word of mouth advertisement. If you are picky about cleanliness and small details, you will love our Rest Nest. We maintain and update regularly. Since obtaining the condo, we have put in new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, new stainless appliances, new marble shower and vanity, new furniture. We have replaced nasty carpet with tile, our new queen size sofa bed is complete with a comfy memory foam mattress. In addition, we painted throughout and replaced bedding, towels, linens, décor and more. We also just replaced the AC unit (Mar. '24). The position of our condo offers more balcony privacy than most other 1 bedrooms in the building. Our condo is comfortable for 4 people. We are located in Central Orange Beach which is the best part of Orange Beach. Restaurants, shopping and Zeke's Landing Marina are all within walking distance. Diagonally behind us is Zeke's Landing where you can set up fishing trips, parasailing, paddleboard rental, dolphin cruises and more. Phoenix 7 is known for the many amenities such as tennis, pickleball, racquetball, indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, fitness room, sauna, grilling areas. You will be impressed with how well-maintained Phoenix 7 is compared to other complexes. Another big plus about Phoenix 7 is we have a low-density beach on our end of shoreline. This means more beach space during those most popular times of the year. This end of the beach widens since it is close to Perdido Pass. Watching the boats go in and out of the pass is another pleasure enjoyed by all ages. The dolphin cruise boats are often in front of our beach because even the dolphins love it! Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a seasoned beachgoer, you’ll find unmatched value and comfort at the Rest Nest. Skip the high fees of big rental companies and enjoy a stylish, affordable stay with everything you need and more. Don't forget your binoculars, the dolphins are out there!

The beach view was great! Loved the pools, very spacious and clean. The condo was immaculate with plenty of plates, glasses. However we did experience 2 problems: 1. Upon check in we only had 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths. The next day I checked with front desk and they did not service our unit. I contacted the person I rented from and we got towels the next day. My friend and I could not wash out hair the second night. Our beach towels were used at the beach and the towels we had were in the washer. I was told the cleaning person had been in the hospital? Upon arriving home I realized I had misplaced a bathing suit top. I contacted the owner and was told nothing was found. Later in the day I got a message that it had been found but it was thrown away! WHO throws a brand new anything away?? Very very disappointed! Had it been me I would have found that bathing suit top no matter what! Finding it and knowing about it on the same day it could have been retrieved.

Condo was large and well equipped. Only issues were - no bath soap or shampoo (owner reply was that they only provide a couple of days of basic needs - but not those) also there were no beach towels. We flew in from out of state and we don't pack towels. You play a premium for this condo and I have an issue that the owner can't supply a couple of beach towels that he could get from Walmart for 24.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect size for the two of us. The unit was clean with the exception of the white comforter on the bed it had stains on it which we took off and did not use because of the stains that should have been changed by housekeeping. When we went down to get our parking pass the clerk couldn't find our reservation which was a little stressful but it was finally located as she said it was not put in the system. Wi-Fi worked great. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need.The tv is a little tricky but we got it figured out. Over all I would stay here again and would recommend the condo.Thank you for a good stay.
