2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a link to pre-purchase parking passes one week prior to arrival, or you may purchase them at the front desk (limit of 2).

I loved that I could access the room from the parking lot. It made avoiding the elevators easy. I was worried about traffic in front of our door but we had no issues there. It was more of the loudness off of the balcony area. There was a Keurig and a drip machine which made mornings easy. There were a lot of kitchen utensils but the pans were wobbly and scratched. The bathroom had enough space but there was limited water pressure. Was it what we needed for 2 people? Absolutely. Was it pristine? No. It was a good value though. I would likely stay again.

The stay was great! The condo itself was clean and beautiful. The pools were great and enjoyed! The boardwalk to the beach is super long!
The main complaint was the parking permit process and price. I was told by the parking attendant to check in at the front desk and get the permit, no problem, get to the front desk they say I’m not in the system, but that’s normal when booking with Beach Getaway. She did huff and puff and complain but took the email I presented as proof and printed the permit, no problem. Door code worked I was happy! Daughter came and I went to get her parking permit the same ordeal over again and had to pay another $55 dollars for her. The permit made finally then to realize when I stated check out was Sunday June 2 she still put June 1 and we worried they would tow her vehicle and I would have to get that straightened out as well.
Amidst that all was the Phoenix VII front desk being a pain and not the booking or communication with Beach Getaway!
