Condo was clean. Host was always quick to respond and willing to accommodate. Kitchen had everything anyone would need and more. Air conditioning worked great. Decor was super cute and the condo was newly renovated. The shower was one of the better ones we have ever had. Great view! Close to the elevator was a plus. Location is perfect. We always enjoy staying at the Phoenix 7. This was our third year in a row and still love it. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Thank you to our host for a great trip!

The room was clean the view was awesome the kitchen was good. The bathroom was small for a one bedroom. The toilet leaked and made noise.

Beautiful and clean. Remodeled and repainted. We have stayed at various Phoenix VII places and the bedroom in this condo was arranged the BEST to get around. The long bench at the end of the bed was the only thing that made it feel harder to move around in the bedroom. It was very close to the closet doors. If that was removed the bedroom would be perfect!!! Loved the higher height of vanity in bath. Had everything we needed.Third party 460 was pricey for us.
