Escape to the beach and stay in this charming 1-bedroom 1-bathroom condominium that sleeps up to four guests. It is located on the 15th floor of the Phoenix VII.

· Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, granite countertops, and tile backsplash
· Dining area has a table seating four and the kitchen bar seats an additional two
· King size bed and a DVD player in the master bedroom
· Shower and tub combo and granite countertop in the master bathroom
· Gorgeous gulf front view can be enjoyed from the balcony
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Everything was made easy from the check in to the check out. Very nice place and location.

We enjoyed our stay very much.
The staff was friendly and helpful. They were very polite when informing patrons of lightning in the area for pool closures.
The A/C unit was not working properly on our 1st night, but the staff had it repaired the next day.
We look forward to staying again in the future.

The stay was awesome besides some minor issues with the cleanliness of the room prior to getting there. But otherwise, the 15th floor is awesome.
