Cozy, clean and artistically renovated to retain authenticity. Located in Old Town - walk to everything! Back yard patio with BBQ, perfect for morning coffee. Parking! Salem. Boston. Bus stop 2 blocks. 1 bedroom (entire top floor loft with king bed), ground floor room has futon that makes into a Queen or two singles. This home is unique. It has been described as Enchanting and Sweet. It is. 3.9 miles to Salem, literally 4.5 miles from door to door of Salem Witch Museum. This is your whole entire little house in Old Town. Enjoy the backyard patio area, ample parking 2+ cars. Walk to stores, shops, Maddie's, Starbucks, grocery, theater, beach and more. Don't miss a walk to Crocker Park via Lee St, continue to Fort Sewall (add the Barnacle as a stop, authentic old restaurant/bar!!)! I will meet if you need to, otherwise instructions will be given on how to access the house and best enjoy your stay in this very special part of the world. It's magic. Charm. Coastal seaside town. Art. Shops. Restaurants. History. Crocker Park. Yes, a bus stop at the end of the street.... but park your car - you can walk to everything in Marblehead! Literally 4.5 miles from the Salem Witch Museum. I can only rent to ages 27 and older. Shoes off at door, please! thanks No smoking. Children over the age Bring YOUR information for logging into Netflix, Hulu, Amazon.... YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE PROFESSIONAL CLEANING EVERY TWO WEEKS IF BOOKING "Mid-LONG TERM"

A beautiful home in a beautiful location. Everything one needs stay in or venture out. The owner is very kind, receptive, and is an excellent communicator. Lots to do and see within steps of the front door. Lots of dining options nearby and very walkable.

Nothing but good things to say about this cottage -- it was incredibly cozy and charming, the host was accommodating, and the interior decor showed a lot of thought put into it. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at this property. We were pleased to be able to secure this spot again. Natasha was in touch with us at the start of our stay, making sure that we had everything we needed and to make sure things met our expectations. She has provided necessities as well as thoughtful items to make our stay comfortable. This time she also had holiday decorations placed in the house to keep with the season. The decor, the furnishings, the linens, the king size bed, kitchen equipment are all very good quality. All designed to let you feel at home. She has succeeded!

This property is in an amazing location for the full small town New England experience! Lots of local eateries within walking distance, and a short drive to Salem! Natasha is amazing, and very responsive. We had an absolute blast on our trip!

This property is very nice and very clean. It is located within walking distance of cute shops and restaurants. There is parking at the side of the property so it is easy to transfer heavy luggage inside. There is a muted church bell that rings every hour which might disturb light sleepers. We were just off a red eye flight so it didn't really bother us. We had a great stay!

Lovely place, was very roomy for two of us.
All amenities are in new working order. Extremely warm outside on our visit so we drove most places, in normal conditions would have walked, everything is very close. Town of Marblehead is a gem and would stay at Natasha’s property again. Thank you!

We enjoyed the little cottage tucked away in the historic district. We were there for a wedding so it was a great place to land in between events. It is well maintained and well provisioned.

This property exceeded expectations! It was much larger than the photos show, three levels of living space, plus two outdoor areas. The house was so light and airy and had beautiful elements of old pine floors and exposed rafters in an open ceiling. The brand new washer and dryer were a plus as well.

This was a warm, charming and relaxing place to stay as we toured and visited many places in the area. Our host, Natasha, was wonderful and communicated very well with us. My daughter wanted to move in upon first entering the property! It was better than I expected or the description showed. Definitely worth the visit! Thank you!

This property is amazing. From beginning to end it was such a great experience. The house is situated in a great neighborhood and we never felt unsafe. It is a quick drive to Boston and other smaller towns nearby. The property is super clean and honestly beautiful! We could not have asked for a better property. This won't be our last visit to this property if we ever find ourselves in the area again.

I truly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home for my daughter and I to stay during our first Halloween weekend trip to Salem. Natasha was warm and welcoming and her home was just the perfect size. Only 10 minutes out of Salem, located in its own cute bustling little town, there plenty of things for us to do and eat there! Would highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

The house was cozy and inviting. The sofa was warm and comfortable, and the bedding was so fresh and clean. We settled right in to a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Well equipped and beautifully decorated. The rain throughout our stay did not deter us from exploring all that the area has to offer. It was nice to get back to the house and warm up. We sincerely appreciate your thoughtfulness. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

For anyone wondering about the Marblehead area, it seems to fit the bill from what I thought a coastal New England town should feel and look like. I know that sounds odd but not having spent any time in the area other than Cape Cod we were hoping for a certain feel and it delivered.
We enjoyed all the shops, though the hours of operation were little odd, and the food, and scenery, and ability to walk and see different things was all excellent. The historical areas we visited were fascinating .There were some nice restaurants within walking distance of the house, easy walking distance I'm not talking about 20 to 30 minutes. The house was perfect with its location, just in general very user-friendly. We liked the little sitting area with the fire in the back.

Super clean, comfortable and bright inside. Very responsive host. At least 1/4 to half a mile walking distance to a few local restaurants. We love sitting outside at night so we would have liked a larger landscaped outdoor patio area. But if that's not your thing and you like to walk, you will love the house.

We had a great time staying at this property. It is so charming and felt very homey. Bed is comfortable and the location is walking distance to so many cool restaurants. Would love to pick up this place and take it home with me! It's the cutest place. Driveway is a little tricky as it is very narrow, but fortunately we had a fairly small rental car. (Ford Escape) Would absolutely stay here a second time if we ever travel to this area again. Natasha was a wonderful host and made us feel well taken care of.

Natasha’s property was amazing and cozy. The wifi worked extremely well for two people working full time on laptops. Natasha is a great host and even had someone on deck to shovel out the property after a snowstorm. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay! Really went above and beyond to welcome us, gave us great restaurants recommendations, and had a great place! Very clean, had everything we needed. Owner communicated well about the one way streets and narrow drive leading up to property so we were prepared. Will be back.

Natasha’s home was absolutely stunning! We cannot recommend it enough. She was also very responsive and checked in with us to make sure all was going smoothly. Top notch experience all around! It was our first time visiting the area...we will be coming back next year and we plan to stay at Natasha’s again. Thank you for helping make my girls weekend with my 3 daughters unforgettable!
