There's nothing between you & the stars while you enjoy the large deck overlooking the ocean. Beautifully appointed home in a comfy, easy yet elegant coastal style. The view is spectacular, look left to see the pier on the north end & to the south you'll see the Kure Beach pier. This quiet area of the beach offers lots of space for laying down your blanket & making precious memories with family & friends. Just steps to the Ocean Grill & Tiki Bar - try the shrimp tacos! A15 minute walk to the boardwalk with great food (Britt’s Doughnuts!), shops, & live music. The nightlife is abundant in our area with wonderful restaurants which offer good service, great food & entertainment throughout the year. Seas the Moment cb is the best location on the beach, for all this you won't need to move your car until you're ready to go home. This charming home includes: electric fireplace; bluetooth sound system; smart TV’s with Roku – Amazon Prime; Netflix, desk for mobile work/school; comfortable mattresses for a good night’s sleep, high quality bed & bath linens, blankets & comfortable pillows; lots of natural light; Charcoal Grill; Private Walkway; 5/6 high quality beach chairs, 7' beach umbrella, games for the entire family, lots of sand toys for the little ones. * If you book for 5nights between April and May 31, you will receive a 5% discount from your rental fee! There's no elevator to Paradise but there is a stairway....previous guest typically say, "the view is worth the climb!"

What a wonderful week staying here! We had great contact with the host, who is very organized and communicates all throughout the property information that is super helpful to guests. You could not ask for a better view— a photographer’s dream and so much to take in! You definitely COULD leave and go to other places while at Carolina Beach, but really, you don’t have to! It’s all right there! A highly-recommended stay.

The condo is beautiful, just like the pictures. Great view of the ocean. We had plenty of bath towels and kitchen had everything we needed. Julia is easy to get ahold of and responds quickly. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This property is exactly what you see in the pictures. We got early check in, which was nice surprise. Didn't mind the 3 flights of stairs because sunrise views were breathtaking and it was quiet. Great beach access and loved proximity to the Tiki bar. Great experience

Had a wonderful time the host is great if you have a question she was quick to respond back. The condo was great everything you could ask for . Was nice to be able to set in the living room or stand in kitchen and look at the ocean.Can’t wait to come back next year.

Sister trip for first time visitors to Carolina Beach. We had a great time at Julia's condo. The location was awesome, we really enjoyed the beachfront. It helped that we had very good weather! The condo was clean, and so cute! We explored the area, going to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Kure Beach and Southport. Local shops and restaurants were very good.
Only downside was the stairs to reach the top for the condo, but well worth the steps to get there.

3 of us in the party - parents and adult daughter. We have stayed here before. Enjoy the location - between larger condo developments so a less crowded beach area. Appreciate having beach umbrella and chairs provided. Very comfortable and we have always had a good time. Definitely pay attention to the info about stairs. This is a 3rd floor walkup, no elevator. We don't mind but may be a consideration for some. Julia is an excellent host. We will definitely return.

This property is exactly as described for Location, updates and cleanliness. Beautiful property, well stocked beach items.
We like to cook as a family so the Kitchen could be a little better stocked with things like mixing bowl for pancakes or popcorn and other serving dishes.
Overall my family had an amazing time!

This was a fabulous week away at the beach! Julia was super kind and helpful by all the recommendations of places to go and eat through the week. The condo was super clean and had beautiful views of the beach and ocean. If we come back to the area, we will be sure to stay again!

Julia is the ultimate hostess at this property. There were no problems which affected our enjoyment, but when we reported a few issues, she was on top of it with a solution almost as fast as we could notify her. We had a great time and would book the property again.

My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. The location is great and being on the top floor made for an excellent view of the ocean. Just be ready to climb the stairs. We all had a great time swimming, surfing, fishing, etc. The condo was cozy and perfect for us!

We were happy to return again to Julia’s place, and this third visit was still a charm! The living area was even prettier, with a new nautical theme, beachy decor, and comfy furnishings. Most of all, we thoroughly enjoyed the stunning view of the ocean, which made the trip a real vacation. Julia has thought of everything, from a fully-equipped kitchen to top-notch beach chairs and umbrellas, and a nice selection of cards and games. We love the convenient location (great for walking), good parking, and the classic Tiki bar for sunset drinks and snacks. Another memorable stay . . . Thanks, Julia!

My 2 college-age daughters and I really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, updated, comfortable, great location, and excellent communication from the host. Julia sent several recommendations prior to our stay and we did one of the activities (the ferry to Southport) and had a great time. We love how everything in the unit was clearly labeled, but we especially appreciated the awesome beach chairs available - the best at any rental I've stayed at in the past. Awesome deck to watch the sunrise! We had a slight issue turning the showers on, but Julia called immediately and walked me through it - it was user error :). Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This condo was in the best location and just steps away from the Ocean Grill Tiki Bar. But the best part was the amazing view this condo has to offer. Literally breathtaking! Julia was the sweetest and kindness host and suggested restaurants to go to the first couple of days. Overall, this made our stay more enjoyable and our decision to go back soon.

“Seas the Moment” is a spectacularly decorated and appointed vacation house on the the top floor of a three story condo on Carolina Beach. It offers the immediacy of breaking waves for body surfing, the convenience of a sandy strand for walking, a sunny deck for reading a book or sipping a drink, and delightful encounters with wildlife (we had a Cooper’s hawk land on our railing, saw dolphins dancing in the ocean, and watched pelicans and gulls swooping by our windows).
Our early September getaway week was amazing and Julia, our host, was fabulous! We highly recommend a visit to this exceptional spot.

Always good to be back and this time brought our good friends to experience this gem. Totally renovated since our last stay, we loved the decor. Julia is a stickler for detail and didn’t miss a thing. She is the consummate host, checking in just enough to make sure we were well taken care of.
