Die Unterkunft ist super schön am Berg gelegen. Die Familie ist super nett und hilfsbereit! Das Frühstück ist klasse und man kann für ungefähr 3€ pro Person auch dort Abendessen anfragen.
Die Unterkunft ist etwas abseits aber der Vater holt einen gerne ab oder fährt einen in die Stadt. Durch viele Treppen als Abkürzung, kann man aber auch problemlos in die Stadt laufen.

This was our favourite place we stayed in Sri Lanka. The road up to the property is a fun little adventure in a tuk tuk, and once you’re there, it’s incredibly peaceful. They have a beautiful garden where the owners grow their own tea, coffee, avocados (and many other things!), which we got to enjoy at breakfast.
We saw so much wildlife during our stay, including over 15 different bird species, otters, giant squirrels and deer! Sitting on the veranda was so peaceful and calming, we could sit there for hours. We looked forward to breakfast every morning, it was always delicious and varied.
The guesthouse is within walking distance of some good restaurants, or the owner was more than happy to drop us into Ella centre for a very reasonable rate. He would also happily pick us up whenever we called.
Highly recommend staying here, it was such a special place, and I’ll definitely be back!
