This beachside beauty is located in the Banyan Beach community and a few steps to the boardwalk to the beach. It offers 6 bedrooms, 5-1/2 baths, with Private Pool, BBQ, Laundry Room, 2 Living Areas and 2 Car Garage as well as neighborhood pool just steps away. As you walk into the front door, you'll be 'wowed' by the beautiful Caribbean stained concrete floors with 'beachy' feel throughout. Before getting to the Game Room to the back of the house, you'll pass by the laundry room, your first floor primary bedroom, and secondary bedroom and bathroom with full tub/shower. The Kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator with ice maker, sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and a 3 in 1 Game Table to play Bumper Pool, Poker or Dine. The Game Room offers comfortable leather seating, a 50+ inch wide SMART Flat Screen TV and DVD Player. The second floor offers 2 private primary's at the front of the house and powder room. The 12 foot dining table seats 14, the 14 foot island seats 6 and if you need to accommodate more, you can rearrange the Poker/Craps table to accommodate 8 more for dining! With this size crowd, we've included a double oven as well! There is a convenient computer nook in the back corner to stage your laptops, tablets and charge your cell phones. The living room offers a comfortable leather sofa, love seat, 2 chairs, a 55+ inch SMART Flat Screen TV & DVD Player. The 3rd floor simply includes 2 more secondary bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The bathroom has 1 sink but 2 vanity areas. Our experience was excellent. There was plenty of space for our family yo strech out and relax. Quick access to the beach and the swimming pool was a big hit for the kids. Family friendly environment. All necessities were available. The only mix up on my part was the availability of the elevator. My family will definitely return. Everyone we encountered from check-in to check-out were professional and personable.

Booked this home for a weekend women's group and it was great. Beautiful home and wow......fully stocked with all the amenities. We only had to bring our food and drinks. Our group of 13 all had a bed to sleep on. Some shared but with all beds being Queen or king there was plenty of room. Beds were very comfy as well. The laundry room was down stairs which we did not find until the last day. Has plenty of extra towels and we found the bath rugs that the owner mentioned for us to clean. They had not been put in the bathrooms which was not a problem it was just a little confusing with the instructions to wash the rugs before you leave. If I have to say one negative it would be that there needs to be a larger sofa in the main living area. For as many people as the home accommodates we were surprised by the size of the sofa and love seat. We had to gather up chairs to all be together, which there are plenty of. Loved the large dining table and kitchen bar. Very close to the beach which is awesome. Pool looks bigger in the pictures! the home in this area are very close together so privacy may be an issue for you if you are out on the decks. We would definitely chose to stay her again!!!

Everything was as advertised and more. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend. We were a party of 11 and everyone had a bed, the house had games that the kids enjoyed very much although most of the time was spent in the pool or at the beach. Definitely a winner. Thanks!!

Perfect for our extended family. Spacious living, dining and porch areas. Grandchildren loved the pool. Quiet location, yet quick boardwalk to beach. Well appointed home. Only complaint is for a home that can host a large group, maybe provide more than two dish rags and more than one extra kitchen trash bag. Otherwise loved it and would stay again.

House is not as luxurious as some homes we've rented but the floor plan works well and the house was modern and clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the smaller side but the important areas to us like the living room and balcony were large with comfortable furniture. The whole family was able to gather in either area comfortably. The kitchen is large and has great appliances and has a huge dining table that seated everybody in the family. The walk to the beach was the shortest in our 30 years of Port A vacations. The shaded swimming pool was perfect for children. My 2 year old granddaughter enjoyed playing in the shallow end as there was a "ledge" that was only about 6 inches deep but great for toddlers. This house would be almost perfect for my family except it did not have an ocean view and it was situated in a way that the swimming and balcony area did not get the cooling breeze from the Gulf so it was kind of hot when sitting outside. Also the houses are close together so there is not as much privacy as I would prefer.

We had a great time at this rental. Everything was very clean, organized and well stocked. All the remotes and light switches were labeled making things very easy. We were a big group of adults and kids and there was plenty of room to spread out. We were worried about what we would find in Port A after Hurricane Harvey. There is a lot of damage in the town and a lot of debris piled up to be removed. This house was spared and is in great condition. There were other families having fun on the beach. There wasn't any thing weird washing up on shore. The beach seemed clean and safe. The grocery store and gas stations and a few bars and restaurants are up and running. We were happy we didn't cancel.

House was well equipped and well maintained. Washing machine leaked but I'm sure maintenance fixed it. Great access to beach. Only complaint is you can't check in until 4:00 pm and you have to be out by 11:00 am which means you basically pay for a full day you can't use the place

We were 15 people. 11 Adults 4 kids everyone had a place to sleep and we were all comfortable. This home came with everything you can think of except a large electric grill for making pancakes for such a large group. Walk to beach was short. Pool was fun for kids at any hour. I would come back again. Needed kitchen hand size towels, wasted to much paper towels.

Stayed at the Island O Aces for three nights in July and had a great time. House was clean and in like new condition when we arrived. Plenty of space for a group of 14 with three kids and the house has plenty to offer like a private covered pool and some poker tables with various games. A nice upper deck with good views of the water and nice patio furniture to lounge on. I definitely will be returning here as it is a short walking distance to the beach

It was a very nice house and the stay went well. We had a couple of items that didn't work ( blender, ice maker, & TV) but maintance came right away. Overall we were satisfied. The only downfall is that they won't let you in the house until 4PM regardless if the house is done or not, so don't get there before 4. They will make it seem like you can if its done, but it is not going to happen so don't get there early. Pool was nice & house was clean. Overall, we liked the house and would definitely stay again.

We rented the house for a weekend getaway with 3 other families. Total there were 8 adults and 5 children. This house had plenty of room for all of us - plenty of kitchen items, drinkware, etc.; plenty of games, card decks; plenty of seating; plenty of instructions throughout the home on where to find what, how to use remotes, wifi, was great! Home is well decorated, too!
The pool was on the cooler side because it is covered, but that was a bonus as it was a hot weekend with red tide on the beach. We also loved the close access to the beach and the beach views. The pool also came with plenty of pool toys, which was great for the kids. The deck was also amazing with plenty of seating and table room for everyone. The bedrooms are on the smaller side, but all we used them for is sleeping...don't need much room for that.
None of us walked away with any complaints! It was a great stay and we'll definitely consider this house or ones nearby it for future trips.

The house was perfect. 6 Couples, six bedrooms. The home was extremely well equipped. Had everything we needed for cooking meals; bathrooms had it all; 2nd floor balcony was roomy and furniture was very nice. Living areas were spacious and accommodated all 12 of us nicely. 2 issues we had were the garage door did not raise high enough to get our 15 passenger van into the garage and we could not park our rented carts from Bron's in the garage because the signs on top of the buggies hit the garage door. Anything smaller than a 15 passenger van would most likely fit. A 4 wheel Drive pickup probably not. The other issue was the close proximity of the neighboring houses. If someone was on the balcony, you were only a few feet away from them. But, I would still give our stay a 9.5 out of 10.
