About this condo rental
Situated in Toquerville, this charming condo for $117 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This large basement apartment has everything you need including a private entrance. Large well lit downstairs apartment with all the comforts in a beautiful setting. This basement apartment is very light and open, features 9 ft ceilings, and is approximately 1700 sq. ft. The unit is accessed through an exterior private entrance and a keyless entry system. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and large family room. The bedroom has a king sized bed and walk-in closet. There is a queen bed in the family room, separated by a privacy curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven and many small appliances including a waffle iron and mix. A BBQ is located on the back patio for you to use as well. For your convenience, Wi-Fi is also provided. NOTE: Children are welcome but must not be left unattended in the yard. A creek runs through the back of our property and can be quite dangerous during thunderstorms. About two weeks before you arrive, you will receive an email with the driving directions and the keyless entry code so that you can get in without having to meet up with anyone. Your host is available by Airbnb chat, live chat text, phone and the caretaker is always close by. La Verkin is a small town located about 20 minutes from the entrance to Zion National Park. We have a grocery store, a couple of gas stations and an excellent coffee shop. We are located next to Hurricane, which has a Walmart, movie theater, restaurants and more. If you need more than that, St. George is about 25 minutes away. You will need a car to get around. We have plenty of parking. Check-in instructions are sent via email and text two weeks before arrival. Quiet hours are from 10PM until 7AM CHECK-IN is AFTER 4 p.m. Mountain Time AND CHECK-OUT is BEFORE 11 a.m. Mountain Time NO early check-in or late check-out. ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING. SMOKING IS ALLOWED 25 FT FROM BUILDINGS. SMOKING IN THE UNIT WILL RESULT IN A $200 FINE. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN ANY UNIT UNDER ANY CONDITION. BRINGING A PET TO ANY UNIT WILL RESULT IN A $200 FINE. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES

Our family of four (including two elementary-age kids) stayed here for several days while we visited Zion NP. We loved having the space to cook for ourselves and separate sleeping areas for the kids. If we had known how much time we would be spending at the park, we might have tried to stay closer, to save ourselves the 30-minute drive to Springdale. But if you're planning on just a one-day visit to the park or will be exploring the general area, this is an absolutely wonderful home to use as a base!

The property was as advertised and work out great for our visit. We spent time in St. George and drove to Zion one day and the location was very convenient for both. The back of the property has a small courtyard that was quite pleasant, and the chickens were a bonus! We would definitely rent this property again. Thanks!

We had an amazing time. The property was on a great location with easy access to Zion/Springdale (25 min). We also visited the north rim of the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon and Valley of Fire. Great restaurants and groceries store close by. Apartment was huge and nicely kept cool.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the chickens, cat, and conversation with Rich. Drive to Zion was 23 minutes. House was well stocked and we enjoyed the fresh eggs and waffles. We highly recommend this place if you are visiting the area!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Located just ~25 minutes outside of the Springdale entrance to Zion, it was a great location for getting to the park. The actual space was very spacious, clean and comfortable. A highlight was getting to feed the pet chickens on the property! The owners also were extremely kind and gave us some complimentary fresh eggs and waffle ingredients to enjoy. I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to make a trip to Zion!

The setup of this basement rental was perfect for my 2 adult daughters and I for our visit to Zion National Park. It is super clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the yard is beautiful. The hosts provided lots of detail in their rental manual and made communication easy without being obtrusive. I would highly recommend this property to others!

Comfortable place to stay while visiting Zion, however, it is not as close as it seemed in the description. There are no restaurants close by but there is a fairly convenient grocery store.

This listing is everything it claims! Very spacious, very clean, and very quiet. My hubby and I will be putting this place in our “return to gems” for a future trip only the next time we will stay longer. We highly recommend this place - you won’t be disappointed.

We enjoyed everything about our stay! Comfortable, clean and convenient! The only suggestion I would say is the king bed could use a soft mattress pad or newer better fitting sheets. All on all, this is an amazing place to stay!
