Location was very good, 5 minutes from major station for Shinkansen, JR rail and trams system which are all super easy to navigate.
Nothing- Breakfast had enough selection to satisfy our needs. Big supermarket “YouMe” next to the hotel was convenient.

Great location near train station, fantastic view from the restaurant. Helpful staff, very clean.
The Smoking Room is on the same floor as the lobby, which meant the odor assailed you whenever you were in the lobby.

The facilities themselves were okay. We had accidentally booked a smoking room and the staff helped us with another room. Staff were friendly.
Although we were in a non smoking room the smoke would come up through the shower room. The lifts also smelt of smoke so I wouldn’t recommend to a non smoker. Bed against the wall was also not the best.
