The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good room, good amenities & close to everything. They had a great breakfast
minor issue, but they had no onsite laundry. There was one a short distance away though.

The hotel was right next to the river in a very pretty part of town. It was an easy walk to the main train station with lots of little eating spots around and a short walk to the main part of Hiroshima. The hotel was very comfortable and the twin room size was perfect for two adults (my sister and I were travelling together). We booked breakfast which was in a lovely spot with great views out. We walked everywhere from the hotel.
Nothing - the hotel was great. We stayed for 2 nights - I wish we had stayed longer to both explore Hiroshima a little more and to enjoy the hotel

10 mins from the station, I paid for a bigger room on the 15th Floor which was immaculate and had a great view. A nice little restaurant on the ground floor which had a god buffet breakfast. Staff were excellent as well
