Everything about the hotel was excellent
Communication about pricing was incorrect. I was specific when looking for a hotel that was pet friendly. Was not however was told there’s additional cost involved with having a pet. This is not my first time traveling with my pet.

Check in was easy and quick, the rooms spacious, clean and quiet (at least our room). The lady responsible for the breakfast was extraordinarily helpful and nice!
Everything was bare minimum. The breakfast is even for American hotels below average. What does it cost to offer waffles not only on weekends???? Only apples for fruit-no bananas, no oranges! After one of two toasters stopped working it wasnt replaced so the next two days there was only one toaster for the guests instead of two!
In the gym one of three treadmills wasn't working at all and one was not working properly . The first day there were towels for the guests doing their workouts but once used up there were no refills.. not on day two..not on day three..
room cleaning should have been done 'every other day' .. well we had to ask for toilet paper on day 4.. oh and pool capacity is 8!!! Eight!!!!
Unfortunately, my impression of the hotel has worsened since my stay. I contacted the hotel regarding a piece of jewelry that may have been lost there—an item of great sentimental value to me—and asked whether it had possibly been found. I received no response whatsoever. I understand that the hotel cannot guarantee the recovery of a lost item, but completely ignoring a guest’s inquiry is disappointing and shows a serious lack of customer care.
