We stayed here for 5 nights in August with our 2 young girls. We absolutely loved this home. It is very spacious and is one of the most well-equipped rentals I've seen. Everything we needed to enjoy home and the nearby beaches was right on premises. The pool and spa were allowed us to relax at the bed of sun-filled days. We will definitely be returning to Marco Island and we will try our best to stay here again. Marco Vacation Properties is an excellent rental agency, too. Highly recommended.

Summer getaway
Wonderful stay. House was very clean, well appointed, good location. Traveled with two teenage daughters. Everyone enjoyed the week. Relaxed, swam in pool, fished from backyard (bought a couple of cheap poles from Walmart). Garage does have bikes, some pool toys, chairs for beach.

This villa is wonderfully airy and spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our two week stay. The furnishings are comfortable and in good repair and the appliances are really impressive.
The villa is on a main road but there was no intrusion from noise; being centrally located, all amenities are only a short drive away.

Family Vacation for the Books!
This was the best vacation we have ever taken. Our kids didn’t want to leave, and have asked when we get to go back. The house was incredible and clean. We wanted something low-key and somewhere to be able to just relax. We found all of that on this trip. I think we found our new annual trip! Thank you for everything!

June 2021 Stay
We were so happy with this house. It was spacious, clean, well stocked with kitchen stuff, and a very lovely outdoor area. We enjoyed the pool and seating area the most. We spent most of our days and evenings in that spot, and then wind down in the living room with a movie. Plenty of seating and very comfortable couch and chairs.
I have read a few reviews on using the controls for the hot tub and how it seems to be confusing. So, I wanted to share what we learned and hope that helps others. Push “1”, then wait for the sauna to turn on for about a minute or two, then push “2” for the heat to kick on. Once you push “2”, the red light should start flashing. If it hasn’t flashed, then just wait another minute and push “2” again and it should work. We just learned to be patient for a minute or two and everything worked great.
We had kayaks and paddle boards delivered to this house for the week from Paddle Marco. It was a great location to load them off the dock.
We would rent this house again. Loved it.

Also liked the use of the app and excellent communication from property mgmt about trash/recycle takeout as well as other instructions.

GREAT
We had a great 3 week stay, so much we are going back next year. The home is great with all the amenities necessary for a relaxing vacation. There was a problem with the hot tub, but the management company addressed it quickly. The street view is not great, but we spent all our time out back which is GREAT.

Great rental
Stayed with my husband, baby, and mom- house had plenty of room for us and kitchen was well stocked. Rental agency had baby items available but timing didn't work out- found another local agency for crib and high chair and was surprised to find both available in the unit. We enjoyed the pool, garage was stocked with lots of floaties and there were coolers and chairs for our trips to the beach. The local rental agency was easy to communicate with, responded to emails, and located near the unit if any issues had happened. Would recommend unit stock dish soap, few more dishwasher pods (only two for a week stay) and trash bags but otherwise we enjoyed our time in Marco Island

This house is wonderful. It is just as you see in the listing. Great amenities, clean, and spacious. My wife and I brought our 13 yo and 19 yo to Marco; each of them brought a friend. The house was perfect for us. The outside area is a huge plus.
This home is not really within easy walking distance to anything, especially the beach, but a very short drive will get you anywhere. There are a few good restaurants just down the road and the main road with access to just about everything is just a few blocks away.
We had never been to marco and didn't know what to expect. The island is very nice but crowded. Visitor beach access is terrible. If you can't tell by the map, it is basically one long Beach split up and named in different sections. First you find a parking spot as close as you can to the beach. We ended up usually going in the evening because parking during the day was a chore. Then you walk with all your beach things a considerable distance. You can't even see the gulf from anywhere until you are actually at the beach. The whole beach is lined with condos and resorts. Everything is gated/blocked of except a couple narrow beach access points. Once you get there the water is nice. Usually warm and pretty clean. Not crystal clear but clean.
The house has plenty of beach chairs and towels to take to the beach. The chairs can be strapped to your back. This is very handy considering the trek to the beach. There is also a small and normal size cooler there for use.
This house made our stay fun and relaxing.

We loved this home for our week away vacation. We will be back. The outdoor area was our favorite, and spent most of our time there. The pool was quite large and hot tub was a nice touch for the evenings (hint for hot tub directions, click #1 then patiently wait a minute or two and then push #2 for the heat to turn on, the red button will begin flashing at this point :)). There was plenty of space to hang out, eat lunch and dinners out there, and lay in the sun, along with a TV in a perfect location for a movie or watching sports. The dock was nice to load and unload kayaks and for fishing, we caught a lot of different kinds of fish. And even saw a dolphin the morning. We enjoyed the grilling area as well. Inside, the bedrooms were clean and spacious. Kitchen had all the utensils, plates, forks, coffee machine that we needed. Living room had plenty of seating to gather and relax. Also, plenty of seating to eat, and hang out. Lots of tables and chairs to relax at. I did have to work from this location, and the office was a nice touch to go to when responding to emails or calling into quick meetings. Plenty of towels for pool and bathrooms. And beds were comfortable. Location, we were able to bike to ice cream shops and grocery. However we didn't bike to the beaches, it was a little too far for us and the roads were a little too busy, but it is possible. Didn't bother us though, we drove to the beach three days and parking was very easy. We had Paddle Marco deliver kayaks and paddle boards for the week, and that was awesome. They delivered promptly and communicated well. The management company was great, and responded quickly to emails. They were great at recommending places to rent things from and places to eat. And all worked out great. We had one small issue with the garage door opener (it would go down but not up), but they came out right away and got that fixed. Overall, great experience. We were able to relax and recharge our batteries. Loved it.

Our family of 6 stayed in Marco Island in August. With the pandemic ensuing, we preferred a private home to a hotel. The check in was very easy. The property manager is located just a mile down the road. The house has a garage which was nice to park our car in. The house was very clean with PLENTY of linens- a pet peve when houses do not supply enough towells!The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The couches were apartment size sofas-very small- and did not provide us with enough seating. However, we just pulled 2 chairs in from the other room and all was well! The pool was wonderfuland clean. We did hace a few issues with the spa and the heater of the pool not working, but we called and it was taken care of quickly. The deck is very spatious with plenty of outdoor seating and a grill. We spent the majority of our time on the patio. The house is equipped with a dock. We were permitted to tie a boat off on the dock, but not use the boat lift. This was a little tricky but we made it work. We rented a boat from Dolphin Cove Marina- BIG MISTAKE!!! The boats are not well kept with rips in the seats, no onboard lights and faulty batteries. A worker actually told us that 99%of the boats they rent were most likely underwater. Go to Rose Marina instead!!CLean boats and well kept! The house is located on a busy road, but this did not bother us at all. We could not hear any noise and we liked that it was in the center of everything.We did manage to get to the beautiful beach a few times. The house has plenty of chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. There is a box for a beach cart in the garage, but no cart. We had a wonderful time in Marco Island and I would definately suggest this home!

Very nice house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, has everything you need including beach chairs. The A/C didnt get too cold but stayed cool enough, about 7 min drive to the beach. Great backyard space with pool, juzz and enough space to lounge around.

March 2018 Stay
I would not rent this home again. When we first pulled in to the garage we were met with a very strong mildew smell that was also in the house. Perhaps Hurricane Irma had something to do with it so I let it go. Then we realized that there was no window covering on the guest bathroom window. I should have called the rental agency but we figured that we could handle the problem and we taped a towel over the window. I was trying to be a good sport at this
point. A few days later I saw three roaches. Two in the garage and one in the kitchen. That’s when I decided that I really disliked the house. By then it was Wednesday and I was looking forward to leaving on Saturday. It was the first time that I was ready to leave Marco Island. The carpet in the master bedroom was dirty and the whole house needed a very thorough cleaning. Something that cannot be accomplished in a few hours between renters. To be fair I didn’t complain to the rental agency until mid week and they said that I should have let them know earlier.

This was a beautiful home on a water way very quite even though on a busy road. Everything was amazing. I emailed the company as we arrived to the area about 4 hours before check in and they were ready for us to check in early. Also emailed to ask if they had a skimmer available not more then 2 hours later David from the company showed up and cleaned the pool. We have stayed on Marco island over 8 (got married there 10 years ago) times this is the first time using Marco island vacation properties inc and will definitely use them for now on. Amazing service the app is such a great idea it gives you all the info you need about your property down to how to use the garbage disposal. Also sends alerts to remind you about trash day and departure instructions. 5 stars all the way!!
