LIVING ROOM The first living room has contemporary furnishings with a large flat screen Smart TV and a bay window that shows off the magnificent view. The living room features plastered walls, oak wood floors, beams, latillas, built-in shelves and a gas log fireplace, with the original hearth. The home is a 12-minute or a .8 mile walk to the Plaza. DINING ROOM The dining area has a large, round table and chairs for family dining, and is adjacent to the updated kitchen. KITCHEN The kitchen has rich slate floors, custom cabinets, and a new Samsung double oven gas stove. Equipped with additional cooking appliances and utensils for those family/friend gatherings. SUNROOM The sunroom off the far side of the kitchen, which doubles as an office, second living room or sleeping space, also has a Smart TV.
