Great location very close to moais and with a good view of the sea. Restaurants and bars are an easy walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the flower garlands provided at the airport on arrival and the farewell gift at the end of the visit.
Breakfast was provided on a tray to be eaten in the room but there was not enough space at the table to do this comfortably. No coffee in the room and only two pods provided at breakfast.

Location, the room, the private patio, the chickens, the breakfast - served in room!
The staff - Camille and Nicholas are both gems, helpful, friendly, accommodating (including allowing use of clothes dryer after drenched by rain) - and most agreeable in connecting to tours, booking same, adjusting when needed.
Included pickup (complete with lei greeting at airport) and departure transport.
Shower water never got hot, even on second day after maintenance staff allegedly checked.
