Located in Estes Park, this lovely house for $649 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. VHR#3271 This beautiful, modern, one level, ranch style home with views off of the deck has an attached two car garage and driveway allows for a maximum of 3 car parking. There is a king bedroom with attached bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and a 4th bedroom with a queen pull out sofabed. Enjoy the in floor heating, electric fireplace, breakfast bar, master suite soaking tub, and a fully stocked kitchen. Located in a quiet neighborhood with sounds of the Big Thompson River. Only 1/4 mile walk to down town Estes Park and horse back rides. Only a 4 mile drive to the Rocky Mountain National Park. NS/NP. Great house for families or friends that need separate spaces. Wish the home was closer to the river and had direct access. And no towel bars in bathrooms? Minor details. Overall very nice home.

Basement was beautiful and well maintained. Host was very responsive. Our issues w our stay werent the hosts fault, but it is important people really consider the lack of a true kitchen before they book. We were traveling with two kids and an infant and this aspect made things much more difficult. Again, not the host's fault, but make sure you and your traveling partners are ok with just having a mini fridge and a microwave.
Also, watch out for dog poop in the yard as you make your way to the entrance of the rental!

Very nice property. Little disappointed that we could not walk down to river. Also the departing instructions a little hard to get done first thing in morning before leaving like doing the towels.

Very close to town and the sound of the fall river made relaxing on the deck a big plus. We had a couple elk and a mule deer walk through the backyard while we were there. Also a short walk to the free Estes Park trolley was nice since free parking in town was scarce. The large kitchen and dining area was great for our group of 8. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. The only negative was the old, slow coffee maker. The house was nicely decorated with plenty of seating and a large driveway kept our cars off the street. Some suggestions for improvement would be to, 1) upgrade the bedding and pillows, 2) make sure all the lights have working bulbs, 3) add an exhaust fan in bathroom #3, and 4) add some hooks in the bathrooms for hanging wet towels/robes.

Family trip with adult kids, and this spot was perfect. From sitting on the deck listening to the river below, to the well equipped kitchen and home, easy walk into town, and the scenery we all flock to Colorado for! Nothing more we could ask for! 10+ rating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this very comfortable & nicely appointed home. We were greeted, upon our arrival, by a group of deer in the front yard & enjoyed a visit from a flock of wild turkeys daily. The view from the living room & master bedroom did not disappoint. The kitchen was beautiful & had everything you would need to prepare a meal. We look forward to another stay soon.

A group of seven adults stayed in this beautiful home and had a wonderful time. If you like to cook, you'll love this kitchen. It's a great layout and well stocked with cookware, boqls, platters etc (plus a nice selection of spices) Location is great and easy to get to downtown Estes Park.

The layout of this lovely mountain getaway was perfect for our group ranging in ages from 4 to 79. Living areas separated by beautifully appointed kitchen plus bathrooms that included walk-in showers were a real bonus. Our visits to RMNP did not disappoint. Elk were plentiful and the scenery exquisite! We wholeheartedly thank the owners for sharing their beautifully maintained home with us.

This property is well-maintained and comfortable. The kitchen is better stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. than most VRBO properties we've stayed with. The listing is very accurate as well.
The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive.
The location is not a bad walk to town with sidewalk along the river all the way (except for the first bit which isn't a major road). If you get tired, the free Red Trolley stops right at the end of the road so you can hop on out or back. You can also easily walk to Cinnamon's bakery for breakfast.
The river makes a lovely noise at night and we were visited by elk, deer, and turkeys during out stay. The one caveat is that this property has a nice deck, but very little land. It is hemmed in on all sides by the road and other properties. So not a great choice if you want a yard for your vacation.
Otherwise, it's a very nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful long weekend up at this property. The house is beautiful and accommodated the six of us very comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked, much better stock than I would have anticipated with basics like spices and oils. The property itself is stunning and there was wildlife in the front and backyard every day of our stay. We had a family of wild turkeys and a family of deer that visited every day. You can truly see and hear the river when you open the windows in any room in the house. I slept in the master bedroom with the windows open and the sound of the river lulled me to sleep every night. It was heaven. The property has two separate sitting rooms to watch television if you have people who want to watch different things, although I can't imagine needing to watch television while you're up in this beautiful mountain area. I would absolutely come back to this property with out any hesitation. The host was extraordinarily responsive to the only questions that we had, which were related to the internet that wasn't working. This was not entirely their fault, it was their internet service providers issue. But she was very responsive to all of our questions. The only reason I gave it a four instead of a five, and I really wish I could have given it a 4.75 is that the fourth bedroom is really a den with a pull out couch. One of our guests did sleep there and it was comfortable but there are French doors to this room and it looks directly into the kitchen area. There's no privacy as there are no window coverings on the doors. I would definitely have given this property a five if there had been some type of window covering on that den / bedroom doors. Otherwise this property is absolutely perfect. Can't wait to find the time to go back.

This house is well maintained and was very clean when we arrived. The location is about a mile from downtown Estes Park along a paved walkway, ideal for pushing a stroller. The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances were all in good condition. The outside deck was great for eating outdoors and taking in a wooded view. Our only issue is that the 4th bedroom is a den with french doors open to the breakfast area and the mattress is very uncomfortable. My son slept better on the couch vs the foldout.

Back porch table had bats in the umbrella. There was bat poop all over the table. There were only 2 cushions.
Your house is beautiful. Loved watching the birds and squirrels come to your water bowl and having them take the seeds to eat. We spent our evenings on the back porch. Walked the neighborhood as well.

Great Location
This is a very nice house with an awesome kitchen and a great location. You really can walk to downtown Estes Park, and it's a short drive to RMNP. Communication with owner/manager was very good. A pleasant surprise was that the deck was more expansive than it appeared in the photos. Overall, this house is a great value.

Amazing mountain experience!
This property was beautiful, inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked and perfectly made for cooking group meals. The beds and lounging furniture were so comfortable. The home was clean and almost exactly as described. (There are 3 proper bedrooms and a fourth room with a pullout couch, not 4 bedrooms as listed.)
My friends and I had a wonderful time and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is a great rental with lots of bedrooms and room for many people. We stayed here as a couple and had a LOT of space to spread out. Well-stocked kitchen. Clean property. We saw a bull elk right outside our front door - lovely!

We enjoyed our time in Estes Park. The home was clean, roomy, comfortable and well stocked in a great location within walking distance to the town. However I think we would prefer to come in the summer as there is so much more to do and see. It got a little slow while we were there due to the weather. It is beautiful in any season thiugh.
