About this house rental
Nestled in Williams, this charming house for $380 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Gorgeous 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home has everything you could possible want for your getaway! Located 3 miles from the Grand Canyon Railway and one block away from the Elephant Rocks Golf Course, you will have the best of everything. Williams truly is the Gateway to the Grand Canyon. The home has everything you could possibly need from King Beds in 3 bedrooms to a hot tub and your own private putting green in the back yard with putter and balls provided. There is plenty of entertaining room inside and out. Please note...there is no garage access at this time. There is room for 3 cars on the driveway though. There is no street parking allowed. The kitchen has pots, pans, dishes you would need to cook and even many spices. All of the King beds have memory foam toppers. There are TVs in the living room and all of the bedrooms. They are hooked up to DirecTV and access to Netflix. There is WiFi available throughout the house. There are so many adventures waiting for you! This location is close to the freeway. The neighborhood is quiet and has a children’s park. The house looks like a custom build and has a lot of upgrades. The backyard is just like the photos with an outdoor bar, hot tub, putting green, and fire features. It is rare to get a rental with 3 x King size beds. We also used the Murphy bed for our young kids. The inside fireplace was toasty. I was glad there was plenty of room for our food inside the pantry. The owner got right back with us on our few questions on the property. We would stay again.

Loved everything about this amazing house. The owners thought of everything. Amenities were prefect. Very clean. Hot tub was ready upon our arrival. Decor was super cute. We didn’t want to leave. All week we kept saying - that house was so great!!!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was clean, beautiful, & comfortable! The backyard was soooo nice…hot tub was great & putting green was so much fun. Plenty of seating was available outside. The neighborhood was quiet & relaxing. Location was perfect for catching the train in Williams to the Grand Canyon for a day! Williams is cute and fun with tons of shopping and restaurants..loved it! Bearizona is very close by..and is definitely worth visiting..small but nice park. The house is within an hour drive to Sedona..we did a Pink Jeep tour there—highly recommend! Host was helpful and responsive to questions. We had an amazing stay, & we hope to have the opportunity to visit again!!

Our family stayed at this beautiful home for 2 nights on a Grand Canyon/Route 66 Trip. From booking to checkout, Meagan’s communication was extremely efficient. She was attentive to our every need beforehand and during our stay. She made huge efforts to accommodate us in every way.
The house has a great open feel. We enjoyed the deck, patio and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and there were washing machine and dishwashing pods for our convenience.
Thank you to Meagan for accommodating our family on our stay. We highly recommend this property and Meagan as the property owner.

We were very impressed with this property…the photos don’t do it justice. Very spacious and for a family of 8 it was perfect. The kitchen was very well equipped. The home was very nicely furnished, so we really enjoyed our time in the space. Sunrise over the desert in the back outdoor space was quite beautiful. Would definitely go back!

We had the best time at your home. We went to the polar express with our 2 and 3 year old and this location made it so easy. We were able to cook and enjoy our thanksgiving meal with your amazing kitchen as well. 10/10 would recommend :)

We had friends from Texas and Tennessee come out to Arizona to visit the Grand Canyon. This home was perfect. So comfortable, all of the amenities and also quite beautiful. Very close to the town of Williams, the Grand Canyon, Bearizona and the I-40 for our out of state guests. Meghan is a fantastic host, easy to reach for questions and just a delight to talk to. Thank you for making our reunion awesome!

This property was a perfect location to explore the Grand Canyon and the other State Parks. It was clean and very convenient. The hot tub was nice after a long day hiking. The putting green was also a lot of fun. The only thing that would be nice is if it had more kitchen utensils for cooking.

GREAT HOUSE/GREAT HOST
This is a great house! Very clean! Nice touch with the coffee, coffee pods, popcorn, and laundry pods. Very spacious and will rent again in the years to come when we make it out that way from North Carolina. The owner was very responsive when we ran into an issue with the internet being down and had one of their friends in the neighborhood come over and fix it right away! Thank you again for such a wonderful house
