The house is described accurately and was fun to stay in. The table was large enough for 10 to play games and eat at. There were many sleeping options.
I didn't feel it was appropriate to require every adult to provide a photo ID.

Flagstaff home with tons of space
We took a blended family, with five children between the ages of 6 and 12, and a grandma, for a long President's Day weekend in Flagstaff. We explored the area, drove to the south rim of the Grand canyon, spent a day at the snow bowl, visited the Flagstaff snow park, and had a great time. this home is very spacious, we all had plenty of room to spread out, and the beds are more comfortable than your typical VRBO for sure. There were a few issues like the pilot light was out on the fireplace in the living room but the owner responded very quickly. We also had a malfunction with the kitchen sink that sprayed water impressively around the kitchen, and a microwave that didn't work... Small details that were annoying for a few minutes but overall the great house was well worth the trip. We would return and bring more family and friends because there was plenty of space for all of us. Our kids particularly enjoyed the pool table, air hockey, movie room and played hide and seek in the multiple closets etc. Definitely the most spacious VRBO I have stumbled into.
The owner was very responsive by text. I'm sure that if something bigger had come up, or we had been worried about the microwave or been unable to fix the sink, she would have responded promptly. Easy to check in and out. Wonderful location with beautiful dark sky.

Perfect stay for a large group!
We were in Flagstaff for my daughter’s graduation from NAU, and had 14 family members join us.. including my elderly parents. We were aware of the multiple levels, and with noted precautions, found the levels no problem for our parents. All of the beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen very well stocked, the theatre with a nice selection of movies, and the pool and the air hockey tables were a hit...something for everybody!! My husband and I slept in the bedroom with the curtain, and found it no problem at all in such a big house. The owners are amazing, very responsive to questions. The location was perfect, 10 min to downtown, less than 5 min drive to the closest grocery store, there was plenty of off street parking for our 5 cars. We very highly recommend this amazing house and owners.

Wonderful Christmas HolidaY
This home was beyond perfect for our family of 12 ranging in age from 19 to 69. It was so nice to be able to have this much room for all of us. The younger ones really enjoyed the media room and pool table. The location was perfect for us as we had planned Hot Air Balloon Rides south in Sedona, Grand Canyon private tours to our northwest, and a full day on the slopes at Snowbowl.
The home was so well stocked and had many extras that had me feeling like I was in my own kitchen. There were plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, etc. It certainly had everything one could hope for. The griddle on stove & electric griddle made breakfast a breeze for 12 people.
I would stay here again in a second Heidi went way beyond on helping us with our check in and out, answered questions immediately. It was as if she had me on speed dial.
The fireplaces were such a nice treat, as well as, the outside Christmas lights and the Christmas tree in our living area.
All in all, it truly was a magical Christmas Holiday for us. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home with us.

Great placefor a big family, great heating system, great location
This property is big enough for our group of 16, there are plenty of beds and what I liked most is that you have individual heating for each room so anyone can set it comfortable. The location is good, not noise at all from streets or neighbors as the backyard is big and spacious, a few things to consider, just one room has its own bathroom but you can share the other 2 and a half, and there is not mirrors on the bedrooms so you have to use a bathroom to get ready that is why the bathrooms are busy most of the time. so you better take yours. this is a minor thing considering all the advantages this house has. All the bedrooms have carpet I prefer floor and rugs to keep it cleaner but it is ok also. the comments about the sunlight are true, too much light early morning but we put a sheet of paper to cover it and it was solved. the host is very kind and had great communication, I really recommend this property.

Excellent Location!
Ten of us stayed at the house very comfortably. Plenty of room- the theater room was extremely convenient- when watching movies with the door shut the sound could not be heard in another room which is great for the night owls in our party. The kitchen had all the dishes, pots, and pans we could want. The property was a convenient Uber ride to downtown and plenty of restaurants. Overall flagstaff was a great location to plan day trips and see Arizona. The property was immaculate and everyone loved the house. If we visit again we would definitely book this house. Incredible time!

Great for large groups
We used the house as a staging spot for our 16 day Grand Canyon rafting trip. We had 16 people and everyone had a bed! Close in neighborhood to shopping and food. Great place for large groups!

Nice large house for family reunion.
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this house. It is nice and big so each of the four families was able to sleep comfortably. The four little girls especially enjoyed the chance to sleep in the trundle beds - they spent most of the nights laughing and giggling!
All of the kids loved the air hockey table in the garage - great idea to have that.
The kitchen was well stocked. We grilled on the barbeque (tools provided) and played games with the grandkids in the large backyard.
In the evenings we sat on the couches by the fireplace and visited ... or played games around the nice large kitchen table (which seats eight). Some other rentals have very small kitchen tables.
There are plenty of towels for the bathrooms and linens and blankets for the bedrooms. Also, a nice full-size washing machine and dryer.
Overall a great place to stay!

Beautiful home for large groups
I stayed at this property with 5 girlfriends for our annual reunion. We loved the house, the large kitchen, and the spacious living area. With 6 bedrooms, we each had our own, which was perfect. We enjoyed playing pool and hanging out in the backyard. The neighborhood is lovely and very quiet. Downtown Flagstaff, grocery stores, restaurants, and trails are all very close to the house. The location is perfect for day trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Some members of our group departed from the Flagstaff airport, which is just a few minutes away. The house was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was well furnished and equipped with plenty of plates, cups, and serving plates. Heidi is an attentive host and we hope to visit her house again soon.

Many parts of this stay were frustrating
We were very excited for this stay in Flagstaff, location of the house is perfect but we had issues in the home. One of the bedrooms does not have a door, and it is downstairs right off of the living room - they have simply put a curtain up which really doesn't allow for much privacy. SKYLIGHTS, wow were these a problem. There are skylights everywhere, in all the wrong places too. These skylights were brighter than any bedroom light in the morning forcing us to be up even if we were not ready to be. Typically there are sliding covers for these but in this home there were not. Our biggest problem was actually the host. She was very specific with the booking information, unlike other bookings and to top it off she texted us during our stay to turn off the lights! One, that means she is watching us from somewhere which is very uncomfortable and two, we should not have a curfew on vacation. At approximately 9:30pm on our first night I received a text message (not on Homeaway because she insisted to have my cell phone number) to turn off the lights in the backyard. This was unacceptable and made us worry about the rest of our stay.

Great location for activities in Flagstaff/Sedona
This was a family getaway for 14. The house accommodated is all very nicely. The various rooms gave everyone a chance to socialize/ watch TV or play games. Pool table was a hit. The second counter and sink made a great bar area. Lots of light with all the skylights. The house was clean bedding and towels provided were great. We could access the highway/ shopping center easily. Nice location if you are spending some time in Sedona or Flag.

Great Stay!
Family decided to spend Easter weekend away from the Valley heat this year and decided to book this property. Great choice!..Plenty of room, Theater room kept the kids entertained...Pool table was great for the adults..Property was near to everything needed and the house was very clean, beautiful and comfortable for our large group. I was very grateful to our host Heidi! The communication prior, during and after our great weekend was greatly appreciated!...Family had a great Easter, and we could not have asked for a better place to stay in Flagstaff! Thank you Heidi!

Great home with lots of space!
I've stayed at many VRBO homes in Flagstaff while my daughter was attending NAU. This one was by far my favorite! Very spacious, clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated and great location. We stayed with 2 other families and it was perfect for a big group. Pool table and media room were a bonus and lots of fun.
