This home is clean, tidy and has everything you need for a comfortable, homey feel. They go above and beyond supplying more than other properties as far as plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher liquid. The fridge has condiments stocked so you don’t have to buy all new and then waste.
The owners are pleasant and quick to respond to any inquiries and requests.
The beach is close, but I wouldn’t recommend walking or riding bikes as you have to cross the super busy main strip, and there are no close stop lights with safe traffic crossing.
The beds and pillows are clean and comfortable.
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub most days and on rainy days, the pool and air hockey tables were a lot of fun.
In the evenings, we sat in the rockers on the deck and observed how friendly and tight-knit the neighbors residing there are. Overall, it’s a very quiet, pleasant, safe neighborhood and place to stay!

We had a great stay! There were 10 of us and plenty of sleeping space for all of us. The house was easy to find and get it. And it had everything we could have needed, kitchen stuff, plenty of towels, pool toys, bikes. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Had a great stay! There were only 3 of us and we had more than enough room. We brought our 2 dogs along and they enjoyed the fenced in yard. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate to any location desired, from the beach to the sound, restaurants and more. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your home!

We had a wonderful week and loved the house, yard, and pool! It was so helpful to have the kids toys available at the house for my 3 year old to play with. He was thrilled to see the lawn mower toy and tricycle in the garage and the blocks in the closet. The large fenced yard was great for both my son and our dog. We drove to the beach most days and there was plenty of parking at all the different access points we tried through the week. Great house equipped with everything we needed and more. Thank you!!

Overall, its a great house, we had a great stay. They have bikes to ride, a pool to swim in, a hot tub to just relax in, and a game room with pool, fooseball, and air hockey. We have absolutely no issues with the house, other than we swept up some sand on the floor from prior people. No big deal, we are adults and our arms arent broken. The sand was probably from the sandy yard. The issues came after we left. We spent 2 hours sweeping, vacuuming, and sticky rolling everything we could to clean up any mess(dog hair), left by our dogs. We even covered the furniture in the living room to prevent the dog hair on the furniture. I get a message on our way home stating we are being charged for clean up and damage to the yard. We missed about 5 dog hairs, and the issue with the yard is that its grass and sand. You walk on it, you create divots in it. Just like the beach. So that was what our issues were, so thats why I gave the score I did. Too nit picky over nothing. I dont want to tell anyone not to stay, just becareful if you have pets.

Really convenient location, a lot of stuff around to do and close walk to the beach. The listing is identical to what is listed online. The house literally has everything you need on vacation (kitchen stuff, towels etc). The host is very responsive to messages.
My only complaint was the house was not super clean, the floor had a lot of debris on it. There was black dog hair everywhere (including the washer machine) and sand on top of one of the beds.

We loved every minute we spent in this house! Donna was great to work with. The house, yard and pool were very clean.
This home had more amenities than any other rental we have been to. Directions and house/pet rules were very clear and communicated well.
We didn't use the hot tub because we were there in July, but we would have if it it was cooler out. Pool temperature was perfect! It gets sun, but is partially shaded late afternoon, which was great. Same with the deck around the pool, there are shaded areas to sit. The kids loved the bikes (all different sizes for all ages) game room and sand toys. My son really enjoyed the room with bunk beds.
We chose to drive to the beach during the day. We had no problem finding free parking. Then we walked to the beach at night to look for ghost crabs (kids loved it).
The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. There is a nice bike path that we walked/rode every morning. Stores and restaurants were close by.
Can't wait to book again!

Amazing Family Beach House
We had such a great experience in Just Enuff. There were SO many towels, beach towels, kitchen amenities, extra blankets, etc. There were also tons of beach chairs, beach toys/boogie boards, and bicycles for all ages. The backyard was also amazing with the pool, hot tub, fish pond, playground, and outside shower. This house literally has EVERYTHING you could need or want for your family! Our dogs also had a blast (some dog crates were also at the house). We are planning on coming back to Just Enuff. A huge thanks to Donna for being so quick to respond to easy to communicate with!

This house was nice for our group. The pool was very nice. It was really nice for our little kids. Big back yard and lots of toys for them to play with. The games in the basement were great, but it was a little tight.

Lovely cottage
This was a very nice cottage, tucked away from the busy OBX crowd. The pool area was lovely; we enjoyed watching the fish swim in the fish pond, and the house was very comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Just Enuff in early June. The fenced yard was great for our dog. Great location close to shops and restaurants. We chose to park at the beach access lot at Hayman St but you can walk across the highway to access the beach. Great spa and pool; well-stocked kitchen and lots of books/toys for kids. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Family Destination - Everything You Need!
My family had an AMAZING stay at this property. The house was extremely clean and provided everything that we needed - a fully equipped kitchen with lots of cooking supplies and dishes; washer and dryer with laundry detergent to use; toys in the kids' room; and everything that you would need to take to the beach (towels, beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, umbrellas, etc.). The garage even has around 10 different bicycles that can be used for a variety of ages. We also loved using all of the amenities: the pool, hot tub, pool table, air hockey table, and foosball table. My kids (ages 6 and 8) said that they never wanted to leave and that they wanted to live there forever! We had a few hiccups at the beginning of our trip, but Donna was extremely responsive and resolved all of our issues within a day. She even connected us to her neighbor's internet so that we could have Wi-Fi until our internet issue was fixed. The only things that could potentially use improvement is maybe making the pool heated in the future - it was icy cold even at mid-day during June, but my entire family swam in it anyway :) It would also be nice if the pool lit up at night so that adults could swim in it while the kids are sleeping. We also noticed that there is no whisk in the kitchen, so we had to resort to using a fork for making a birthday cake and pancakes. Not a big thing, but just something we noticed. Otherwise, everything about the house is fantastic, including the fact that it is only a 3 minute drive to the beach. We would definitely vacation here again.
