Summary: Absolutely Immaculate, Charming, and Beautiful Oceanfront Beach House just minutes from downtown historic St. Augustine with Pristine private beach as your very own back yard! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (sleeps max 4) home features stunning Ocean views from each room. Just a few steps down the newly built stairs and you are on the beach! The Space: Welcome to Villa Mimi nicknamed “Pirate” enjoy breathtaking panoramic ocean views from both bedrooms, spend time gathering seashells, and enjoying the sand under your feet... The house also features a beautiful kitchen with dining room that opens out to a terrace overlooking the Ocean. Indulge in the standalone soaking tub for your relaxation. Enjoy the fire pit as you overlook the city views of downtown St.Augustine. The home is kept very immaculate and super clean, no pets and no smoking is permitted on the premises. The home is equipped with all brand new furnishings and interior is completely renovated and newly decorated. Plenty to do nearby, and Publix supermarket just 2-3 minutes away! Great for a beach retreat or honeymoon or for a family to getaway and relax! SECURITY CAMERAS: Active security cameras are installed in the front and back of the home. This is strictly to monitor the home when it is vacant and there are no cameras inside the home. Guest Access: You'll have full, private access to the entire home. The Neighborhood: Pirate is located on a beautiful, secluded stretch of oceanfront homes on HWY A1A in Vilano Beach. Located on the Northern end of St. Augustine, it is known for it's beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and is the top spot in town for shark teeth hunters! You'll find the home is minutes away from top local favorite restaurants such as Reef with direct views of the Atlantic and Cap's on the Water which is directly on the intracoastal. The home is only a 5-8 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine, 3 minutes to the Vilano Pier and Park, and less than a 30 minute drive to TPC Sawgrass! Getting Around: We highly recommend renting a car if you do not plan on driving down to the home. Uber and Lyft are available in the area if you choose not drive. Other Things to Note: Please note that the current pricing is reduced just in case guests are sensitive to construction of a home next door. We do not feel bothered by this as it is not on our property at all. SECURITY CAMERAS: Active security cameras are installed on the Exterior front and back of the home. This is strictly to monitor the home exterior when it is vacant and there are no cameras inside the home. Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer coffee/tea makers and hair dryers. Kitchen offers refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include showers. Relax and unwind in this Beautiful Oceanfront Beach House just minutes from downtown historic St. Augustine. Enjoy the entire home with the beautiful beach as your back yard! Just a few steps down the deck stairs and you are on the beach with your toes in the sand! Spend the day enjoying the ocean, gathering seashells, enjoying the sand under your feet and the occasional dolphins sightings... The home also features a beautiful fully stocked kitchen and dining room with French doors that open out to a terrace overlooking the Ocean. Relax in a standalone soaking tub for your relaxation. Room of the house. Great location and not too close from the tourist attractions to offer the peace and quiet of a getaway. Excellent service with prompt response ( at any given time of the day). Looking forward to coming back with our family in the near future 😀

The house is nicely refurbished and makes for a great place to get away to the beach. This section of beach was pretty private even for a hot Saturday in July. It is only a three minute drive to the grocery store and restaurants. Comfortable and all the amenities you need and an amazing view of the sunrise or shrimp boats at sunset.

Even coming to Florida on the coldest weekend of the year couldn't dim our moods in this perfect beach retreat . Very tastefully decorated with high quality finishes and well equipped. My husband and I enjoyed this place alone but it is also Perfect for 2 couples or a small family . Perfect beach for walking and watching all the cute dogs cruise by . Also loved the proximity to our favorite haunt Caps on the water !
