Our home offers VIEWS from every room. Our home is light and bright with our many skylights. Master bedroom with its king size bed is elegantly decorated as well as offering the endless views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains with its ensuite bathroom.. 2nd bedroom has a state of the art queen size memory foam mattress, charming and cosy with its private door to the outdoor patio. Air conditioning in every room. Our kitchen is well stocked, we even provide a wine cellar, we offer our full range Barbecue on our portal with an outdoor dinning table, the views are free. Imagine an evening out on outdoor portal barbecuing and enjoying the purple color sunsets on the mountains and the City Lights of Downtown Santa Fe all before you. Living room and den have a kiva fireplace, elegant sofas and a comfortable sofa bed. Board games, linens, 2 TV's, Smart TV, Home equipped with Hi speed WiFi. Basic cleaning supplies, nice and safe quiet neighborhood, washer and dryer, 2 car garage. This home is our pride and joy, we do not believe in cutting corners with our amenities nor our views. All safety features are in place. You would want to enjoy our home to the max or enjoy the evening out on the town to many of our famous restaurants.. What a beautiful property! The views were spectacular. The house was nicely decorated and very clean. Easy access to downtown Santa Fe. We will definitely stay there again.

I stayed at Yvette's home for an extended weekend. She is the best communicator I've rented from and very available for any rental issues.
The home was gorgeous decorated and very elegant. It is a bit formal for a family weekend and there is no TV in the main living room, however neither of those affected my group at all. We actually preferred no TV to play games together instead. The kitchen is very well stocked and ready for guests!
I appreciated and enjoyed this rental and will repeat it again when going to Santa Fe.

The house is in a perfect location for exploring downtown as well as quick access to get out of town to visit other sites. Waking up to the beautiful sunrise over the mountains from the master bedroom could not have been more spectacular. The property is very neat and clean. The owner checked in on us daily to ensure we had everything we needed both at the house as well as ideas on what to see and do in the area. I definitely recommend staying here to anyone and if I’m ever back to Santa Fe, I will stay here again!

This property was a dream location and house to stay in for a small women's weekend retreat. Yvette was attentive and timely in her communication prior to and during the stay. A snowfall did not keep us from arriving safely and staying warm and cozy. The home is light, airy and beautifully decorated with art and artifacts. The views from this home east to the Sangre de Cristos and south to the Sandias are breathtaking. Short drive 7-10 minutes to town, the plaza and most of central SF. Nothing was needed but do bring coffee and condiments of your choice. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The home is absolutely amazing. The views and layout are so beautiful. Was a getaway for old friends to catch up on conversation and time. The main room was so inviting for this. When the snow fell, the house was warm and cozy. Would recommend this home for an adult getaway from city life and enjoy Santa Fe. The host is amazing and will recommend some of the best dining in the town. Will def stay here again!!!!

Four of us stayed at Yvette’s lovely home for a girls weekend getaway. Her home was elegantly decorated with a Southwest and international theme. The views of the city were beautiful and I highly recommend this home for any group traveling to Santa Fe.

This beautiful spacious home was a short ride to the Plaza yet seemed far away from the city nestled in a quiet neighborhood. We had magnificent views of the city and the mountains. Sunrise AND sunset views are hard to beat. The listing says 2 tvs but there is only one that works with cable. The other requires a firestick which you would have to bring. The well equipped kitchen and dining areas are perfect for gatherings as well as the outdoor patio. Yvette was easy to communicate with and helped us when we needed help with the tv. There is a garage door opener which makes it so easy to get in and out. I loved this beautiful home, and would love to return.

The house was perfect for us. Communication with Yvette worked flawlessly and very quickly at all times. The location of the house is ideal. You can reach the city very quickly and also find some good restaurants nearby. In the house we felt at home and everything you need is available. The furnishings are also very nice and high quality. We were completely satisfied and would gladly recommend this house to others. We will definitely like to come back.

The view was fantastic and time out on the patio was great. There were quiet a few issues that we think people should be aware of, before booking it. First, the kitchen is not usable in the summer. There is no air conditioning in the kitchen and it was miserably hot just trying to be in there during the day/evening. It is fully stocked with utilities and would be great in the winter. Next, the one room with a TV with cable and access to apps is in a third bedroom that is also without air conditioning and is terribly hot. This coupled with the way the house is set up, does not make it very family friendly. Other reviews praise the decor, and while it would be great for hosting a dinner party, there aren’t very comfortable nor compelling places to sit and enjoy family time at the house. The main bedroom was nice and cold, but during this hot stay, the main living room struggled to stay temperate and comfortable. The host was very nice and checked in via email several times. While we wouldn’t stay here again, especially since other reviews say the fireplaces can’t be used in winter, it wasn’t a bad home. It is just that we think that everyone should be aware of the AC issues, especially in the kitchen, as it was a major issue for us in August.

This property has been beautifully decorated, both inside and out. The windows and skylights give sunlight and views that make you pause and relax. The outdoor spaces are welcoming and surrounded by pines and plantings to frame the views of the city. Bedrooms with on suite baths are spacious, linens are high quality, and each are in separate parts of the home, providing privacy and quiet sleep. Lovely stay❣️

We were 4 adults. Great gathering spaces throughout the indoor and outdoors gave as time to spend together or off reading a book, admiring the view, or enjoying a cup of tea. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. It is conveniently located close to downtown while being secluded and quiet. Loved our stay!

We had a great time at your house. The interior decorator did a wonderful job! All the VRBOs we have rented have basic furnishings. A+ for decorating, the house has large rooms as well. The outside areas are wonderful and have amazing mountain views. We'll be back again, hopefully very soon.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Santa Fe home. Tons of space, and very nicely decorated, this was one of the nicest rental homes we have stayed in. Although it was too chilly outside to really enjoy the yard, my husband took advantage of the yard/location to take many awesome photos of the sunrise and night sky. We didn’t have trouble with enough hot water for showers, but we found that there wasn’t quite enough to have a good bath in the nice tubs. If we are ever back in Santa Fe, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Ginger and I stayed at this home for a month and we enjoyed every minute of the experience. The location suited us as it is a ten minute drive to the square keeping us away from the bustle of the tourist season. The property is located in an exclusive subdivision with an east view of Santa Fe showing spectacular sun and moon rises.. The neighbors accepted us into their community as we strolled around the neighborhood. Our family and friends who visited were amazed by the property and the accommodations. If we return next summer, we will definitely want to stay here again. Thank you, Yvette.

Enjoyable Mid-Summer Getaway
Property was well situated on a hillside overlooking Santa Fe. Beautiful views during the day and evenings. Nice outside seating to enjoy the mild temperatures. Appreciated being able to keep our vehicle and bicycles in the garage. For some reason, the cable TV service wasn't working, but we were out and about most of the time anyway. Home was nicely decorated, giving us the true Southwest feel. We appreciated our host maintaining routine contact with us throughout our stay.

Mother-Daughter Weekend in Santa Fe
Mom, sister and I flew in from different corners of the country for a fabulous weekend in Santa Fe! The house served our needs with having more space due to COVID uncertainty when we booked and it was an easy drive from Albuquerque, into downtown Santa Fe etc. We were blessed with beautiful weekend and spent much of our time in the outdoor spaces which were definitely the highlight of the house in our mind!

Lovely home in great location
My husband and I enjoyed staying in this house so much. Lots of sunlight, windows and airy rooms. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt like we were miles from civilization when in fact all modern conveniences were just a short drive away.
The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for cooking, we made dinner each night. Check in and out was easy. We so enjoyed meeting and talking with Yvette. Would love to return soon.
