This beautiful home, Berg Haus or mountain home, has everything: the views are unparalleled, the decor is modern and comfortable and it is less than a minute away from the town of Breckenridge. Berg Haus is located in the sought-after Forest Hills neighborhood and has unparalleled views of the ski slopes. It is the perfect home for a ski-getaway and features a spacious kitchen and a large hot tub with amazing views. Every room in the Berg Haus, including all the bedrooms, has views of the resort and the Ten Mile Range. The home was just fully refurnished in a mountain-modern style which is functional and unforgettable.
The spacious 2-car garage is perfect to come home to after a long day on the slopes and has plenty of room to store everyone’s ski gear. The half-acre of outdoor decking features a large hot tub with views of the ski resort, two fire pits and plenty of outdoor seating, all with the best views in town. The setting is very quiet and secluded yet it is just minutes from everything, skiing, shopping and dining. The back of the property is adjacent to the forest with hundreds of trails reachable from the back door.
The home features high-speed internet throughout, Xfinity cable service with all the premium channels (HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, The Movie Channel, etc) and On-Demand to watch all your favorite shows. The four smart TVs have Netflix access and feature 4K high-definition picture. The living rooms are impeccably furnished with high-quality modern sectionals, perfect for quietly enjoying the views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The downstairs living room has a gas fireplace connected to the thermostat which makes heating the area a breeze. All the bedrooms have memory foam mattresses: the king bedroom boasts the plush Serta iComfort mattress.

Highly recommend! I have to start off by saying Francesca was amazing! She was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We had some traveling issues and she was more than accommodating and flexible. Check-in to this beautiful home was a breeze. The house was tastefully decorated, clean, well stocked, and had gorgeous views of the mountain. The location couldn’t be beat. It was minutes to the slopes, village, grocery store etc. We would love to come back in the near future and stay longer!

We have had many summer vacations in Breck and the rental can have a significant impact. This is a fantastic house with a great location. Francesca's communication was perfect. Details and expectations are spelled out clearly. If you have questions she will respond quickly. As far the the rental, there wasn't much we needed that wasn't provided for. Our kids are grown so we didn't get any takers to climb the top bunk, but we figured it out. And its really clean! The garage is super nice, especially for those staying in the winter. Nice hot tub, cool view. There was a table with 6 chairs on the deck. Play games or have breakfast in the mountain air. You won't be disappointed.
