Situated in Telluride, this charming condo for $416 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. These contemporary, well-appointed condos flank the Meadows ski trail and overlook Chairs 1 and 10. Guests get views of the ski area and instant access to the Chondola during ski season for free transportation to and from the historic district of Telluride and all the resort's outstanding restaurants. These units have it all: unsurpassed location, views, western interiors, and privacy. The Terraces on Meadows ski run is a mining style house divided into four individual units. The only things these condos lack are elevators and crowds. No high-rise living here, just the feeling of a private mountain home. Unit 402: There is a lot of seating in the living room of this upper level one-bedroom, two-bath condo, along with a gas fireplace and a dining table that seats six to eight. The master suite has a king-size bed with a TV/DVD player, and there is a queen bed in the alcove. Guests can travel up the spiral staircase and find two twin beds in the loft along with vertical blinds for privacy. We had a great time. The property is great. The 3 flights of stairs are a bit difficult but we expected that. We were there as a family with our adult children and although there is no privacy except the master bedroom, we enjoyed the fact that we were together A LOT! Some of the furniture needs to be updated, it’s a not worn out. We will be back.

Very easy check in and check out. Property location was perfect. The only negative, and it was a small one is there is a faux leather chair that is badly worn. Everything else was very fresh, up to date, and very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

The condo was very spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view! We loved the full kitchen - had everything we needed to make meals. We had a car but the bus and gondolas (or free parking option by the gondola) was very helpful. We loved the location and hope to come back!

Location, location, location! Very comfortable condo for our family of 5. Heated garage is large enough for a Suburban. Just a few steps and you’re skiing - very easy access to the Chondola and Sunshine lifts.

This place was great. Literally ski in ski out. Perfect for our family with 2 beds upstairs in the loft, a queen downstairs and a king master. 8 minute drive from the grocery store. We were hot the first night so we turned the heat down to 65 and were comfortable the rest of the time. It gets really warm in the day with the windows and the fireplace makes it REALLY warm. Not a bad thing in Telluride! Kitchen was well equipped. Super comfy beds and high quality sheets. No complaints at all!

This condo fit the bill for our family! It is just a few steps to the Chondola that puts you just above the core of Mountain Village. The check in instructions on the property management website says you will get an email but in fact you will get a text. This has to add a lot of extra unnecessary telephone calls to the property management office. Other than this small issue it was a great place to stay in Telluride!

Overall Telluride is a beautiful place in the summer! So many gorgeous hiking trails, beautiful sights, and a charming downtown. We were there for Telluride Film Festival which was awesome. The property was perfect for our needs. It was helpful to have a car to drive the free Gondola into Mountain Village and into town. But we used the shuttle system as well, which worked out fine. Exceptional stays were very responsive and answered any questions - ie the battery was low on the door lock causing it to have trouble opening. We were able to call them, they got us in right away with no problem. The property was well equipped, clean, and was as described. I would recommend reviewing the bedroom arrangements carefully to make sure they'll work for you. It was fine for us, but you need to go through the 2nd bedroom to get to the loft.

This condo had more supplies than any other vrbo I have ever stayed at. Shampoo, TP, paper towels, laundry soap, hand soap, bars of soap. It was so nice not to have to find a store to buy essentials. The property has a great location near the gondola for easy access to Telluride.

Great quiet space
My friends and I came to Telluride for the Bluegrass Festival and this place was the perfect starting point. The shuttle service included with the stay was very helpful in getting us to the gondola and from there it was two short, beautiful gondola rides into Telluride. This place allowed us to enjoy the festival and then tuck away to our quiet neighborhood in Mountain Village to enjoy restful evenings and peaceful mornings. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Good Location, Helpful Property Manager
This property is very close to the Chondola. A little bit of a hike in ski boots, but my 7 and 10 year kids were able to make the walk and carry their skis to the Chondola on their own.
Had some issues with the door code upon check-in, but the property manager was able to resolve the issue within a few minutes.

Can’t beat ski in/out location
Great property for family with kids. Everyone can have their own space. Located behind Chondola lift, it is great ski in/out location for beginners/kids. Beds were comfortable. Fire place works really well, almost too well. :-) Took us a few nights to get temp inside right, but no biggie. Included basic amenities upon check-in, which was nice, including soaps, shampoos, dish and laundry detergents and paper products. Love that the unit includes stackable washer/dryer. We would stay here again! Thank you!

Nice and cozy condo
We had a great stay at this condo. We are a family of 3 but there is plenty of room for 6 people.
Access was easy, location was OK for summer but would be perfect for winter.
We would rent this unit again if available for our next trip.

Nicely equipped and well laid out condo in a great location for ski in ski out. The views are a little limited due partly to the location below the village in the bowl and partly due to the tall aspen next to the balcony. Great access to hiking from the village.

Did not start here
I have stars for the property because we drove by the place and it looked nice. Our overall check in process was easy. Unfortunately the renters before us did not take care of this particular place so management called us the day we were to check in and told us we could not stay at this location as there were several things that needed to be fixed. The management was very nice and upgraded us to a different home.

Tub didn’t drain fast. Rug had stains. Hallway no lights. Spoiled food in cabinets.

Beautiful condo in a great location. We had a wonderful stay in Telluride. Although the Chandola was not running it was a short drive to the other Gondola and parking was free. The place was very clean and had all the comforts of home. The digital lock and on the door made coming and going very easy for everyone. Would definitely stay there again.

Terraces Unit 402 - Mountain Village, Telluride CO
Very nice neiborhood, well located. The second room after the master bed is not to share with another couple, only children ( too small ). What is also missing in the online listing ( hope it´s not on purpose ), is the fact that the UNIT IS LOCATED IN A SECOND FLOOR. Steep stairs combined with age, heigth over sea level and heavy luggage is not nice. The benefit of being on a second floor is the VIEW!

Great Place!
The condo was excellent and was exactly what my group needed for the bluegrass festival. Easy to check in and out of, easy communication, great concierge service to get us to and from the free gondola. Everything was clean and comfortable and made our experience in Telluride work out wonderfully!
