Spend your days swimming in the deep waters of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico or under the palms in the fresh water swim spa which is solar heated in the winter and shaded and cool in the summer. Enjoy evenings overlooking spectacular sunsets from the waterfront patio. Deep water dockage on the gulf with easy access to the ocean (available for additional charge). Outdoor marble wet bar with many amenities. Marble tables for outdoor dining, charcoal & gas grill on your private patio. Acadia kayak, washer and dryer. Lighted outdoor ping pong table, marble fish cleaning table.
Your home has 2 queen beds, custom woodwork, central vacuum & tile throughout. Sleeps 4 in air-conditioned comfort. Full kitchen inside in addition to outdoor kitchen and bar with oven & broiler and its amenities. One bath inside with another air-conditioned bath including bidet outside by the swim spa (both have large walk-in showers). Hardwired cable internet, Free WI-Fi, ePrint services available, Filtered drinking water, electronic safe, 40” LED HDTV with wireless apps including Pandora and Netflix all powered by Bose home theater speakers.

We enjoyed our stay! Was nice having water access to float and snorkel. Water wasn't the clearest close to property but much better out by the point where there was a school of 10-15 parrot fish, a small barracuda, and a few other fish types. The week we were there, we only spent a day and a half hanging out at the property as we had other things we wanted to do. So might of seen more wildlife if we spent more time on property, but still enjoyed what we saw! Including the sunset views!!The place had everything for a comfortable stay. Muffet made sure we had everything we needed and enjoyed our little chats. Was definitely an unique experience for us as we've never stayed at a place where the host was also on property. She is very respectful of her guests and truly cares that they are having a wonderful time.One thing to be aware of is that the washer and dryer are outside. I usually like to do laundry in the evening after you're done for the day. So it's dark and it rained a lot at night when we were there. Even so we got our laundry done lol.I'm happy I booked this place. It's an older property but is very clean and has a lot of charm and little extras other places don't offer.Thanks for you kindness Muffet! I wished I would have gotten a pic with you before we left. Didn't think of it until after we left!

Muffett's place is excellent! Centrally located in Marathon, but far enough off of Hwy. 1 that you don't hear the traffic, and you couldn't get any closer to the water. My husband was very happy with the onshore fishing also. The apartment is also kept immaculately clean and has everything you could need for your stay. We've already booked for next year!

Very attentive hostess, beautiful property, stunning sunset, short walk to restaurants and fish market. We’d definitely would go back!
