Situated in Bermuda Dunes, this lovely house for $347 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. *Please be sure to read listing information and use the “contact manager” button to ask any questions you might have prior to booking. Welcome to this absolutely gorgeous aproximately 2,300 square foot home that features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a private den/4th bedroom with a brand new queen size leather sleeper sofa. This home is located behind the gates of a very quiet and safe community conveniently located near all major shopping and restaurants as well as freeway close. The home features a master bedroom with king size bed and sliding glass doors that open up to a beautiful and stunning back yard. The master bedroom also features an extra large walk in closet and master bathroom with shower and separate tub. The two additional guest bedrooms located on the opposite side of the house offer brand new queen beds along with all new bedroom furniture. The lush private backyard is great for lounging in or around the pool or having a BBQ. There are several varieties of palm trees throughout the property. The pool and spa are state of the art salt-water pebble tech and this pool actually stretches an amazing 50 plus ft. in length and 26 plus ft. wide with a huge spa. The pool also boasts an absolutely amazing swim up bar under a large waterfall with 5 in-pool seats which are very comfortably spaced out as seen in the pictures. There are also 4 other smaller waterfalls along the rock wall running along the length of the pool. You will also enjoy the three 32” LCD flat screen TV's which can be easily viewed either from the in pool bar or inside the outdoor kitchen. The custom pool and spa are adjacent to the outdoor kitchen which contains a state of the art professional Alfresco brand 42' BBQ /w light, Alfresco bartender sink, Alfresco dual gas burners, outside mini refrigerator and food warming bins. You’ll also find (4) captain (Swivel) chairs with very thick comfortable padding. The upper patio also has all brand new patio furniture which includes a porcelain dining table which seats 6 plus a small cocktail table /w 2 additional chairs and 4 lounge chairs /w 2 drink tables for laying out by the pool. *OPTIONAL $65/PER DAY POOL HEATING FEE OCTOBER-MAY/JUNE WITH A $150 POOL PRE HEATING FEE/ WE CHARGE THE ACTUAL GAS USAGE COSTS DURUNG THE WINTER MONTHS AS WEATHER CAN VARY. **We do have outdoor security cameras @ front door, garage and inside garage. This property was clean, fully stocked, comfortable and relaxing. BBQ, lunch and the pool was everything! The yard is simply perfect for your fur baby. We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful property with amazing grounds in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool, spa, swim-up bar, outdoor kitchen and fire pit were all great. We enjoyed spending time cooking in both the outdoor space and in the indoor space. All in all this is the perfect place to spend time away and I highly recommend it.

My sister, my pups and I, had a wonderful time. My overall experience was amazing. The property owners met me at the property, they were so kind. Genuinely, good people. The technology of the house was a bit intimidating, but the property owners gave me a detailed orientation., and there were written instructions. They were always available. The pool, the outdoor kitchen and fire pit we used every day. The scenery was gorgeous. It was a true oasis. I would definitely come back. This property has something for everyone. I encourage you all to check this property out. It is well worth the price

What a beautiful property! This house has it all inside and out. The house was clean, fully stock, and beautiful. The outside pool and swim-up bar/entertainment area are amazing. The owner was extremely friendly and available if we needed anything. We plan on coming back again and again. Great trip!

Our family really enjoyed this property and amenities it was perfect for us and we also got to bring our dog which was a plus. Everything was very easy for us and our vacation was very restful and awesome, the centerpiece for sure is the outdoor pool and outdoor kitchen area which we used extensively and absolutely fell in love with and we are definitely going to want to come back to this property again and again.

We had the absolute best time EVER staying here!! There are so many options for rental houses in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area and we used to float around to whatever was available for the dates we wanted. Now, we are checking what dates this house is available to be sure we always stay here!! The house is really nice, comfy beds, nice kitchen and living room. The pool is the main draw! We loved eating our meals at the pool swim up bar! Feels like a super fancy resort!! My hubby grilled while I sipped a cocktail at the pool bar and the kids splashed in the pool. Then we’d all watch a movie “dive in” style while we ate! The house is well stocked and had everything we needed. This will now be our go-to house for all desert trips! Brian the owner was fabulous and quick to respond to anything we needed. He truly cares to make sure everything is perfect for your stay!

Atlantis truly lives up to the name! A gorgeous property that far exceeded expectations, inside and out. The enormous pool with multiple waterfalls and swim up bar was amazing! The large outdoor palapa area offered comfortable shade with entertainment from multiple TVs and a high-end BBQ and refrigerator to keep you comfortable and sustained outside. The large backyard is well kept and and offers a peaceful, serene setting with plenty of separate areas for seating, lounging, and relaxing. The property provides a luxurious, resort like feel. The interior of the home is well appointed with exquisite, designer touches. The open floor plan is spacious and designed for the comfort of numerous guests. The cleanliness of the property was superior and we were spoiled by the accouterments in the kitchen, as well as the high end fixtures and decorative details throughout the entire home. The homeowner is completely responsive and made making the arrangements a breeze! We appreciate the time, effort, and care they put into the home, which is evident from the moment you walk in the door. Thank you! We will definitely be coming back to Atlantis, and we would recommend this rental to anyone and everyone!!!

My wife and I had a terrific 2 month stay at this property -- January and February. We had been wintering in Scottsdale – to get out of the Minnesota winters and decided to try La Quinta. We were nervous that the house wouldn’t be as nice as the pictures but we were very pleasantly surprised at just how nice this place is. In fact, the pictures don’t do it justice. The house has everything we needed with nice attention to detail and high speed internet so I could continue to work while enjoying the warmth of the desert. The house was clean and really felt like home for us. The best part of the property was the pool and outdoor area where we were able to entertain and watch the Super Bowl and the PGA at the same time via the three poolside TV’s.
The owners were very friendly and easy to deal with and communicated well with us when we had any questions. We will be back next year and would definitely recommend this property.

The owner, Brain was more than enough to make my family vacation successful. He replied all my questions before and after reservation and rental. Also, he returned a deposit fully in time.
The house and swimming pool are bigger than pictures posted on the web (Brian, you need to take a picture better =) and very clean and have most of stuffs available (extra dishes, towels, papers, BBQ accessories, etc)
Especially, pool bar is fantastic option that you can enjoy cocktail in the pool.
We had 2 full families (4 adults and 4 kids) but, I think 3 families can stay comfortably.
I am definitely considering to use Brian's property for my next summer vacation.

We've been here before and it has become our not so secret getaway. Brian is always so available and helpful. He is quick to return calls, emails as well as returning our deposit. I love that it's so predictable at this point. It's easier than checking into a hotel. I really can't add anything that hasn't already been posted except that we have tried a few different properties within the area and nothing compares to this gem. We often joke that someday we might stay in a hotel so we will be forced to see some of the sights. We have a real difficult time leaving Brian's place with all it has to offer. The most obvious being the rediculous pool. This place is amazing!

Our stay at the Atlantis was absolutely incredible! Everything was exactly as described and more. The owner, Brian, and his wife met us on arrival, and made sure we had everything we needed. He is very responsive, and made booking, and our stay, a breeze. The kitchen was our favorite place in the house, and had everything we needed. I can't stress enough how fantastic every room in the house was.
But the BEST part was the incredible backyard! The pool was out of this world. Between the swim step with umbrella on one side and the palapa with a swim up bar on the other, we were in heaven. We spent at least 6 hours a day in the pool. The palapa has a built in BBQ, a refrigerator, and a fan overhead. There was no need to go inside!
Bottom line: If you love comfort, style, ease, and a great time, this is the place for you!

The Atlantis of the Desert proved to be that and even more. It's a 5 star++! The pictures of the beautiful property do not do it justice. We have stayed at many hotels in the desert and after staying at this amazing home; we realize this is the way to truly enjoy a vacation. We travelled with another family and have elementary and teen-aged kids. This place is perfect as the pool/outdoor area is truly an oasis with something for all ages. You have all the comforts of home with an amazing indoor kitchen and outdoor BBQ kitchen area. The owners provide so much so that you feel like you are in your own kitchen. We enjoyed the outdoor BBQ area so much we only went out for dinner 1 night. Kids were in outside all day as they loved the variety of the pool, hot tub and water fall features with the swim up bar area where everyone could watch TV as there are 3! Who needs a hotel when you have it all here. No more rushing out early to find a poolside chair or over crowded pools. The accommodations are lovely- all new furniture and decor is very inviting. Home is kept immaculate. They didn't miss a detail; from providing non-glass cups and plates for the outside dining and a guide with very detailed instructions. The best part is the owner is completely accessible for any questions. Brian was truly wonderful and easy to work with. He met us at arrival to review all the important things about the house which is priceless. He was proactive and promptly returned our security deposit which was refreshing. After staying at this stay one of a kind property- this is the only one our kids and the adults insist on staying. Brian-Thank you again for sharing your gorgeous home as this was the best vacation in the desert!!

I brought my parents and children to La Quinta to see the sights but we spent most of our time in the backyard! The pool is off the charts and the house served our needs very well. The owners delivered on everything they promised and was very accesible when we had questions.

It is official, I have found my new Home away from Home. This is the perfect house to escape to when you are in need of Sun and Relaxation. You can get lost in the backyard with the large pool, amazing bar/bbq swim up area. The pictures do not do it justice. The house is comfortable and clean and has everything you could possibly need. The owner takes pride in his home and is very accommodating when booking your stay. The backyard of your dreams is calling, you must go see it. I can't wait come back.

This home is the home of our dreams. Except even in my dreams I can't justify laying around in the pool all day, watching t.v and listening to the tranquil sounds of the waterfalls. But why not do it when you can in real life??? We appreciated how comfortable, clean and relaxing this property was. My wife prides herself on catching missed details and dirty spots in the best 5 star hotels and she was shut down here. We usually spend the first 30 minutes of every vacation re-cleaning everything to her approval HOWEVER here we spent that first 30 minutes in the pool getting a head start on our stay instead. Pictures of the pool here don't do it justice. It's not just a great pool, waterfall(s), BBQ, fire pit, loungers and table, lighting, location but the COMBINATION of everything hitting you at the same time. Biggest complaint of the trip was it was hard to do anything except hang out at the pool. Managed to go to the store a few times (Everything is close) and had an amazing meal at a nearby Cafe but then back to the pool. Another plus was how friendly and helpful the owner was. Explained everything, reservation process was stress free and checkout was just as convenient with a full deposit returned promptly. I did let my wife clean to her content on our departure so that we would be sure to be welcomed back. Don't want to lose out on this place in the future. Could go on and on but I think you get the idea...Thanks!!!!!
