Nestled in Carolina Beach, this attractive condo for $199 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Location, location, location! With private beach access, this sought after, top floor condo unit at Sand Pebbles on Carolina Beach can be all yours! Relax in the comfortable and fully equipped unit with partial ocean views from the balcony and great ocean views from the second bedroom. You will enjoy lounging, sunning, swimming and walking on beautiful, clean, and lightly populated Carolina Beach. There is immediate entrance to the beach that’s steps away from the water. The complex also contains 2 pools for your enjoyment. This unit boasts new patio furniture, windows, door, queen size mattress for the master bedroom, living room furniture, and renovations to the kitchen and both bathrooms . Cable on 2 smart flat screen TVs with DVR in the living room, NetFlix with other apps at the ready, a Roku supported TV in the guest bedroom, and free WiFi included for our valued guests. Dine in and enjoy the nicely stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware, utensils, spices, pots and pans, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster, or walk to one of many local restaurants if dining out is your pleasure. Enjoy your complimentary Starbucks coffee as you look out to the ocean. Make sure to make use of the beach chairs we have available for you in the storage unit. On rainy days we have games to offer so you can simply wait out the storm while playing Taboo, Cards Against Humanity, Mad Gab, Balderdash, or 80's Trivial Pursuit. For nights out there are many dining options within easy walking distance including a 3 minute walk to the Tiki Bar (live music on weekends during the summer season),The Spot, Uncle Vinny's pizza, and Peach Cobbler - located right across the street, The Seawitch which features live music every night, and the famous Michael's Seafood. All summer long, Carolina Beach is alive with festivals, concerts, and the famous family friendly boardwalk amusements. You may even catch a camera crew shooting on the boardwalk! You can view the summertime fireworks right from the balcony every Thursday night! We always stay at Sand Pebbles, because its a great location on the island. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. Wish we had more of a view, but we were still steps to the beach.

Only thing I didn’t like was not knowing the linen and towel policy until arrival but maybe I missed that in communication.

The condo was perfect for what we wanted. Close to the beach and pools and places to eat. The beach was a little hard to see from the balcony but not a big deal for us. The balcony is a great place to leave your wet shoes and towels. And there is a storage place on the bottom level to leave your sandy beach toys which was very helpful. Andrea was VERY quick to get back to me with any questions I had. We will stay here again when we come back to Carolina Beach ⛱️

Steps from beach, which is all we cared about. But also just a short drive to boardwalk, center of town activities. Balcony was our fave “room” - could see glimpses of ocean, fireworks on Thursday, and hear live music from The Spot restaurant (not too loud to be intrusive). Plenty of space for our group. Parking was easier than expected. Be sure to bring your sheets and towels (I missed that info when booking). There are plenty of dishes, pots & pans, silverware and the like. Bring tinfoil, wrap, baggies, etc. Owner very responsive and addressed minor concerns quickly. Would be very happy to stay again!!

Had a great 3 night getaway at Carolina Beach. Condo was very comfortable. We misread the fine print and did not bring sheets or towels but Walmart was not too far away. Beach access and pool are right there. Parking was easy. Had to communicate with the owner and she was immediately responsive. All the comforts of home!

Communication was wonderful. We actually had gotten covid and could not make our original dates and the owner/manager let us use a different date block. The location was incredible and convinient just make sure you can make the three flights.

This condo has all of the amenities of home. The location can’t be beat as it is close walking distance to many activities and restaurants. The beach is literally steps away. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was a slight glitch with the door codes, but the owner responded quickly and was able to resolve it. The linens we requested were all there, including two beach towels which was a nice surprise.
The AC worked great, there were no issues with parking, or accessing the beach, and the water pressure was awesome. My wife really enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and watch the waves. On Friday night, we were able to watch fireworks from the patio door.
We are already talking about coming back next year and staying a little longer.

This was our second time staying here and we do love it. I think a little more attention needs to be made by the cleaning people. It was clean but could be done better. It was obvious that no deep cleaning had been done in sometime as I found items from past guests that would have been found if a better clean was done. For example, we had to use the pull out bed and there was all sorts of old snack and such under the couch, the fridge needed to be wiped out prior to us using it and there was hair in the drains. Besides that, its a great spot. Close to the beach and a lot of the Carolina Beach main attractions. Overall this is a recommended place to stay!

Awesome long weekend
We had a great time at Carolina Beach and we loved this condo! It was very clean and smelled great when we entered. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils so we were able to make a few meals at the condo. We were also close to restaurants and the boardwalk - only used our car once! Can’t wait to stay again.

Andrea is extremely friendly and prompt through text messages. The property is perfect location. Nights are quiet for sleep. Extremely family friendly. Our kids are 5 and 7 and the waves were a little too steong for their size. Beautiful beach and fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

My family and I adore the beach and were so excited to come but it quickly went downhill. This condo had numerous large palmetto bugs that would run across your feet at night standing in the kitchen or in the bathroom!!! Happened to both my husband and I on several occasions in our 4 night stay. The owner did sent out an exterminator but it did not help. I have gone to the Carolina beaches my entire life and never had bug issues. This was a huge turn off for my family. Also, we forgot after returning from dinner to put the parking tag on our rearview mirror and went down the next morning to find our car had been towed!! So if you do stay here, don't forget it. Had to pay $250 to get my car back. Never had that happen before. Also our toddler hurt himself badly on the furniture in the condo--not toddler safe in my opinion. We honestly contemplated leaving early. We agreed if we had a week free we would never stay here again. The only plus side was the free coffee. Worst vacation I've had in years.
